There are several casinos that operate under the Casino Rewards banner. I have played on Classic and Yukon Gold for several years. If you play these, your experience may be similar to mine. At first things are great; good promotions, generous loyalty program, and quite good player return. As time goes on, and I suspect if you do too well, the return to player decreases, becomes less good and then goes to zero. Games that regularly hit, stop hitting. The VIP reward points they give you will eventually become suspended for no stated reason and with no explanation other than ‘it is a temporary precaution’. Mine have been suspended for months, even though I continue to earn points by following the casinos published rules, I now have several hundred $ worth…that they will not let me redeem. After many inquiries I am told to just keep playing and the suspension will be lifted soon. I realize that on-line casinos should be played with caution but in this case, I believe there is an algorithm tied to my account because the whole thing seems far too orchestrated and systematic. Advice to players…if you win, play. If you stop winning, walk.

The standard response to negative reviews is ‘contact our support team’. I did that at least 20 times. The support team either will not answer or gives standard responses that do not address issues. This Casino will freeze legitimately earned reward points and they will cut off your account without paying out earned rewards. Stay away.

I have played this casino for nearly 5 years, as well as several others in the Casino Rewards group. Until the past few months, I would easily rate these casinos 4-5/5. Everything has now changed. First Yukon and later Classic suspended my reward points. They continued to award me points but wouldn’t let me redeem them. I inquired numerous times but was only told it was precautionary based on my play, deposit, promotion and withdrawal history. I am generally a minimum depositor and wager, and usually take advantage of most promotional offers. I often win. Everything I have done is within the casinos published rules, but they will not tell me what specific actions are causing the suspension. Currently my combined reward points at 3 casinos is nearly $200. Money they awarded me, but have decided not to pay out. Now I believe I have been blocked out of all their casinos. I can’t log on, the pages all come up blank. Several requests for support just lead to dead ends or non-response. The general promotion page for new players will always come up but not my casino account page. So I now conclude I am not a valuable enough player and am being forced to quit. ..even though I have only played in line with their published rules and promotional offers. This casino advertises that it is the most trusted casino….not by me, not any longer. It should be investigated by Ontario Gaming for deceptive practices.

Don’t play this casino. I have played several sites under casino rewards for more than two years. Has always been good to very good: friendly interface, great promotions, fairly good games. In the past month, everything has changed. Continuous streaming disruptions, no response to help requests other than the usual AI, no promotions and they have frozen all my reward points, for no stated reason.

This is a pretty average casino and is part of the Casino Rewards network. The Casino Rewards program is pretty good with abundant bonuses and rewards, but not all casinos that are part of that network operate the same way. In the case of Yukon, they give players reward points, but then arbitrarily freeze them so that they can’t be redeemed. This happens for no apparent reason and with no regard for a player who played their site for years and has been on Casino Rewards for many years. This is not just bad business, it would be a violation of contract …were there any accessible jurisdiction regulating it. The casino responded to my review, saying that I should talk to their customer service team. I have done that. Either I get a AI response or someone who says they c@nt do @nything…it’s built into the system. Bottom line..don’t give me points…dont lure people into deposits with promise of reward points…if all you’re going to do is freeze them..that’s incredibly unethical. Stay away from Yukon…there is no shortage of alternate good sites to play.

I have been playing several sites connected to Casino Rewards for about two years. Generally I have been very happy with the games and the loyalty program. My only complaint until now is that they take too long to process withdrawals. Recently I started playing on Yukon Gold, no problem until I found out that redemption of my reward points on that site was suspended. There is no criteria and no one who you can talk to or get any answers from. In the meantime I play CR on Casino Classic and have no problem redeeming points…it’s a very unethical and ridiculous situation. Stay away from Yukon Gold

Excellent deposit options and immediate payouts make this site a standout. It is very playable on a tablet. The slots are limited and they are slow to add new slots. But… this casino may be, by far, the poorest RTP that I have found after playing dozens of sites. The site seems to ‘get your number’, the more you play a slot, the poorer the return.

I had written an earlier review concerning my Icelandair vacation package booking, and the lack of response from customer service. Since then, with covid numbers down, then up, then Omicron… and more government restrictions…. We made several requests for information and possible cancellation. In the end, I was able to deal with two agents at Icelandair who did respond and promptly work out the situation for us. They are being overwhelmed because of everything that is going on, as everyone is today. Thank you for dealing with my issues and being patient with me.

We recently booked a vacation package through Iceland Air which had been promoted on Travelzoo. At the time that we booked, covid cases were low and trending downward. Since then cases have skyrocketed and CDC has issued a level 4 warning for Iceland. I have tried several times to get a response from Iceland Air customer service about this situation and cancelation options. Not only do they not answer my questions, they don’t respond to any of my queries. They just don’t answer. I have seldom, if ever, experienced such terrible customer service. Who is running this company? Do they have any idea how bad service is? Don’t ever book Iceland Air.

This company will drive you crazy when they are selling, but ignore you when you want a promised refund. We recently booked a trip to Jordan through Exoticca. Due to COVID numbers turning back up, we decided to cancel. The terms and conditions, clearly stated that the trip was fully refundable, as does the Travelzoo ad where we first noticed the trip. Exoticca has been completely non-responsive to our many requests that they confirm that our refund is being processed. We are now beginning to think they don’t intend to live up to what they advertised.

Have used this booking company in Europe with good results. But, just used them for an arrival in Havana.... awful, they are not ready on the ground in Havana. Met in airport arrivals, but no car or driver. After 30 minutes, put into a dirty taxi, no assistance with baggage, sped through the city at speeds over 100 km/hr. Would have been easier and a lot less expensive to walk out and take a taxi at the stand.
