I go to the Becton gym five times a week, but what I’ve seen over the past week is simply unacceptable. Nearly half of the equipment is unusable and poses a serious safety risk, while the other half has signs saying "out of order." The gym is extremely dirty, and the mirrors are so smeared it looks like someone rubbed oil on them. I have taken photos and am seriously considering switching to another gym

Hi there - Thank you for taking the time to leave a rating, but I'm sorry to see it's 1 star. We strive to provide the best service possible, and your feedback is important to us. There are currently 3 treadmills and a rowing machine logged and out of use in gym, once logged, the gym team need to wait for an engineer to attend and ensure they are safe to use. If you have any further equipment concerns, we would ask that you make a member of the team aware of this, so that they can address this concern at the time. We would like to assure you that we are working alongside the contacted cleaning team and facilities management, to ensure concerns are addressed in club.
