Fancied a burger on a Friday night. Ordered a Burger King at 5.30 ISH and by 9.30pm I still hadn't received it. Just a disorganised mess and sadly cancelled it and went to bed.

The build quality is to a very high standard. The A2 grade steel is excellent and complements the design. I received the product on time as well so all was very pleasing. What really stood out for me was the pre and post customer service. I had some bespoke dimensional requirements which was all clarified and agreed and then with a couple of queries after the delivery of the grill the service team responded very quickly with excellent written English! ( Better than mine). Thank you Asado grill and id definitely recommend you to friends and family!

Website ok but the search criteria adds in locations we are not interested in. Its seems to expand the area by a few miles.

They have taken over 5 days to reply to my refund request and now after reading in more detail they don't accept refunds unless a product quality issue. I have requested a refund as they delivered late. I had to go to another retailer to but the bivvy so I wasn't late for Birthday. Now I have a day bivvy I don't need. Thanks to Hermes.

Very poor communication between themselves and British Car Auctions. It's taken a number of calls to both companies to get them to collect the car and after over a month we are still waiting. It seems they make feeble excuses for "designed" delays when you voluntarily hand back your car. My wife has pulled her hair out. A shame as this experience has blotted Audi.
