Excellent Customer Service

I have purchased a number of blinds from Blinds Direct over recent years and always been happy with them. Unfortunately, one of my Perfect Fit blinds stopped working after 18months. I called up customer services to see if they could do anything and they offered to replace the blind free of charge without question. Unfortunately, the matching blind on my French doors does not match the slightly different design. I contacted customer services again to see if they could swap the new blind for the same design as my previous blind, however they immediately offered to also replace the other blind straight away. I cannot fault the help given by Lisa in customer service who has been excellent.

I recently reviewed my Hive system…

I recently reviewed my Hive system after receiving a request via Trustpilot. I gave it a 1 Star review based on the fact that I needed to replace the four batteries every 3-4 weeks in the thermostat controller.
Withing a day of me placing the review i was contacted by Lorraine from Hive who apologised for the issues with the thermostat and he should could see that I had replaced the batteries 17 times over a short period of time. Lorraine immediately offered to send out a replacement thermostat which I received within a few days. It is only correct that I write a further review as I mistakenly didn't contact Hive originally due to the system being quite a few years old. Every company has issues with their products but it is how you deal with them that makes the difference, so well done to Hive and Lorraine.

Battery replacement con

I need to replace the batteries every 3-4 weeks which I didn't need to do when I first purchased it. It seems to be a way of making customers replace the thermostat more often and for no reason.

The assistant who served us

The assistant who served us, was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. It was a high priced purchase and she went away to give us time to discuss our decision.
