Excellent Customer Service
I have purchased a number of blinds from Blinds Direct over recent years and always been happy with them. Unfortunately, one of my Perfect Fit blinds stopped working after 18months. I called up customer services to see if they could do anything and they offered to replace the blind free of charge without question. Unfortunately, the matching blind on my French doors does not match the slightly different design. I contacted customer services again to see if they could swap the new blind for the same design as my previous blind, however they immediately offered to also replace the other blind straight away. I cannot fault the help given by Lisa in customer service who has been excellent.
