Delivery of 1.2m x 4m bamboo screens was timely and faultless. However communication about the delivery was completely absent and I was left wondering if the items had been delivered. I was told at point of sale that I would receive a call or message from the driver, and when it got to the time I needed to leave for the customer to install the product, I could not get through option two on your phone system, which told me at 8.35 and the 9am that it was closed. Option one on your phone system was simply not answered, and I was left wondering if I was facing a wasted day of work.
