Wrong order sent, I got 5 round cake drums instead of 5 tall cake boxes and was charged £10.50 for them which I can get them for half that price.not impressed…..but this was my only order that was wrong every other order with vanilla valley has always been 100% perfect.

The delivery men were polite, professional and friendly. They were very careful with my freezer and took it into the kitchen.The packaging was intact,no tears or anything and none was half hanging off. I took the packaging off and after a period of time of leaving it to settle,switched it on and it’s working perfectly.Thank you.
