Don’t bother if disabled

I’m paying for my daughter to have full membership so I could join her a couple of times a month & she could support me. Been a nightmare getting the access code. Weeks later still no disabled access despite numerous requests. Given up on getting disabled access and even the access code they sent doesn’t work.
Their emails tell you to contact the invisible team onsite!
Wouldn’t recommend.

Don’t buy from Stacees.co.uk

Update- still won’t send refund code but would like me to send more money to them?!? And please ignore their fake response attached to this email. They have all my details through here & via my emails & seem to have no intention of refunding. Terrible company- please save yourself the lost money & grief & shop with another company.
Previous review below.
Sadly having the same issue as most reviewers regarding a refund. I have now given them 7 days to provide the code. If not I will give them 14 days notice prior to going via small claims court. If we go down that route we will want to raise publicity to prevent others making the mistake of buying with them. May even look at getting group claims together as looks like most of you having the same issue.
Putting website into header so will come up in searches on the website.

Thank you.

Due to various medical conditions we have been trying to get an online delivery for ages for us & for Granny. Then on Easter Sunday afternoon 1 appeared for Tues. We were overjoyed ( been regular shoppers for 29 yrs).
The order arrived within the time slot & left on the drive- all good so far.
We assume the driver was new as the list with substitutions hidden away so no idea til after they had left over £20 of stuff we couldn’t use- but we understand difficult times & just an error & trying to help us with the substitutions.
A few items broken but again we were just very grateful to have a delivery.
Unfortunately over £25 of fresh items not delivered but on our bill.
We assumed left on the van but after our call they couldn’t find them.
We were worried they would just refund us but it contained all the weekly meals for Granny who is in lockdown for 12 weeks.
We didn’t need to even mention this. The store called us & arranged for the items to be repicked within the hour.
By 10.30pm we had Granny’s shopping delivered to us.
We believe our delivery came from Clifton Moor Tesco in York. Thank you You went over & beyond to give us First Class Service. We are very very grateful & Granny was overjoyed. Thank you.
