Great experience from booking through to drop off at the end of our trip. Excellent communication right throughout. Our 1st preference of car wasn't available (last minute booking during peak season, what were we thinking!?!?) but they provided us with an upgrade for the same price. Legends!

They called me to let me know one of the items wasn't currently in stock & asked if I'd prefer to either have the amount for that part refunded or they could send the other items now and forward me the out of stock part when it arrived from Italy. I opted for the latter and it arrived hot on the heels of the rest of the order.
