Made to feel welcome, let ourselves have a good luck around before asking if we needed any help. Which felt we weren't rushed into anything, and the questions asked were answered with very good knowledge of the product

I purchased a Omega Seamster Planet Ocean from Wetherby Watches Ltd, the service I received was first class, from first emailing Chris then a telephone conversation to actually meeting himself.
I asked lots of questions and Chris was very knowledgeable about everything I asked, he was very polite and I would recommend purchasing a watch from Chris, excellent service from start to finish.

From calling to log my claim, I recieved excellent customer service as where they delt with the claim very quickly and resolved the issue within a few days, and the funds where in my bank account 3 days later

After booking with sentinel for parking in April, with my holiday cancelled. I called Sentinel and gave them the booking reference number, no questions asked ,my refund for the parking was back in my account within a couple of days.
Very polite and professional friendly service, I would definitely book with them again for my next holiday.
