Nice food but expensive and tiny portions

Lovely tasting food but a bit expensive and portion sizes are tiny. For example around £14 for 2 people to eat 5 tempeh meatballs each with kale and 1 tin of beans. The ingredients cost 1/4 of that. Bought our own pasta to add because it was just too small of a portion. The curry for 2 was just one pack of tofu, half a bag of spinach and a flatbread. We are very healthy and don’t overeat but were starving a few hours after. The meals are high calorie probably due to the amount of coconut cream and syrup in the sauces rather than substantial ingredients. Chickpeas would have been a good addition to this curry. Had to check we’d not ordered for one instead of 2. Can’t afford to get another box unfortunately. Hopefully with time the prices might come down.

While the meals may appear simple in components, they’re designed to deliver flavour and nutrition rather than relying on bulk fillers, though we appreciate your suggestion around adding ingredients like chickpeas, which has been shared with the team.

Excellent service

Plants sent very quickly - one is perfect the other I wasn’t 100% happy with and customer service was excellent and Tony resolved my query quickly and was very helpful. Would definitively use again!

Great photobook

The Photobox editing software is amazing and easy to use. I’m so pleased with the photobook, it’s great quality. The only thing I wish you could offer is changing the side of the photobook once the design is created. I had to start from scratch every time.

Logged a formal complaint over a month…

Logged a formal complaint over a month ago. Still nothing. EDF installed a faulty gas metre in my house and are not offering any support to sort it out. Exhausting and the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Installed a new smart meter that doesn’t work and didnt give me an in home reader like all customers are supposed to receive. Have been chasing for over a month to get it resolved and everyone I have spoken to is extremely rude. Emails and WhatsApp services are pointless and I haven’t had a reply in weeks. As soon as they fix the faulty meter they installed I’m changing back to Octopus.

Great quality products & service

Great quality products and customer service - I recommend their gold chains. My delivery was delayed, but to be fair it was amid Easter bank holiday weekend, and Craftd responded straight away and refunded me for the express delivery. I wouldn't rely on the express delivery times in the future but I will continue to order from them.

Changing rooms closed with absolutely…

Changing rooms closed with absolutely no warning. No date of opening. Instead pointed to a manky shower communal shower full of hair. Poor communication. They send enough emails about reviews but can't warn us about that.

This is the worst courier company I…

This is the worst courier company I have experienced. You are never ever sent a pickup code when you request one, so I now have 2 deliveries stuck at off licenses which I can't collect. One of these is something I urgently need yesterday. I don't understand why companies still use this company.

AVOID
This is the worst courier company I have ever experienced. Still waiting for my delivery after 2 weeks of it being ''out for delivery'' and ''returned to the depot'' each day! I was first told it was put on the wrong van, and now that it has gone missing at the depot and they can't give me any details!!!!! Absolute s*** company. Don't trust them with any of your property!

Unfortunately won't be buying again

The service was great, but I won't be buying refills. When it runs out it is almost impossible to take the empty refill out of the case. I went on YouTube to watch a tutorial, followed the instructions and the case just fell apart. It is so awkward and the bottom has been stuck on with glue. I read the comments under the video and it seems most people's broke when trying to remove it. I now have 2 spare refills that are useless, and they weren't cheap. It's a shame because I love the ethos of the company but it just doesn't work. I still sweat badly when I use them too but I think that's the fact it's a natural deodorant rather than a criticism of the company.
