Shocking actually...

I can live with the fact that it's always manky due to the decent gear. However, certain members of staff stare when I'm training and it's driving me crackers. Sometimes im just walking on the treadmill and its still happening. What's so facinating though? baffling. I don't need three members of staff doing an impersonation of a meerkat whilst i'm on the leg press. They might not have bad intentions but it's not relevent. I'm no novice with gym fear but if I'm uncomfortable I'm uncomfortable. I know you know better as pts. You could do that to someone with gym anxiety and intimidate them out. Do better guys, give your heads a wobble and fluff off!!Don't want it don't need it.

The most toxic gym I've ever known!

I shared a machine with some dude one time once. During which he kept trying to give me "tips" which where actually just nonsense. "You shouldnt grill your chicken the black stuff is toxic boil it instead" or, you should do this dont do that or you shouldnt use this machine its bad for blah or trying to tell me my stomach disorder doesn't exist or trying to tell me raynauds in my hands doesnt exist or trying to police my diet or or or  ...baffled

Over the space of around 3 weeks he kept doing this. I'd be mid set and he would walk up waving his fingers saying "try this". He was invasive, obnoxious, and patronising. I'm training on a broken foot (i have a pt elsewhere and a physio guy) some of his "tips" where downright dangerous. If I didn't know better he could have seriously fluffed me up.

I asked him to go away multiple times and he tried to argue with me "im just trying to help". Did i ask for help though? After this nonsense for weeks I complained to the staff. After speaking to staff i tried to avoid him. He then followed me yelling "oi" and tried to grab me. I walked away in silence. I'm then doing glutes and he's behind me watching with a manic joker type grin on his face. It was terrifying and ive caught this a few times.

He was told to stay away from me. Following them speaking to him, I saw him speaking to another member all pointy and aggressive looking and pointed me out. I watched the whole thing. The other member then proceeded to practically slide down the walls to come have a look at me. Baffling...

One of the bros saw what was going on and came over and did an actual human sheild to cover me and block him from watching my glutes. He then plonks himself on the machine next to me, staring and looking all red-faced like he was gonna start something. I had to abandon my workout and leave. I did speak to someone about it again but he was dismisive and used your standardised script to change the subject "What are you training today? " ..baffling..that happened after I'd spoke to staff the first time.

Following this the one I complained about would just happen to be on the machine next to me. Every.single.one. Then just disappeared for a while. In the meantime his freind *who slid down the walls* will not stop staring. Everytime I move or breath or do anything there he is, staring. There's another one, who's also freinds with the one I complained about that's doing it also.

Example, I was on the treadmill for 10 mins incline walking. They where on a machine opposite. In ten mins they full on turned around like meerkats and watched me 7 times. In ten mins. I then come off and sit on the end of the treadmill to dry off like I always do. I turn to my right to get my water...they're at the sink staring. Baffling.

I'm on hack squat minding my business. I look to my left and he's staring in the mirror next door.

I'm doing glutes and I watched (i can lip read) him point me out to someone else "there she is over there don't make it look obvious" he pretends to look around then comes to me..realises I saw the whole thing...turns back "oh shit she saw that"...so now I've got 4 of them staring at me the entire time...im then doing rear kickbacks and the one that pointed me out to is circling my machine looking me up and down...baffled

Or I'm talking to my freind and he keeps watching/staring

Or I walked past him and he rages throws his weights down and flaps his arms

Or he's behind me pacing red faced and looking angry

So a while later I spoke to a pt in the changing room, I've no idea her name. She rolled her eyes told me "they're jealous give them the finger" then changed the subject with your standardised script..."what are you doing today.."

A week later I see said pt training. Who's she training with? The guy who is seemingly angered by my existence. Ding ding ding. Maybe a relative or something who knows. So I took her advice and started giving him the finger. Oooh the irony! When I did this I was at the sink and he was pacing up and down looking like he was fuming, again. Baffled...

I then go down to the other side of the gym and look to my left and suprise suprise there he is staring, pacing up and down looking angry...baffled...so I gave him the finger again. Bare in mind this has been going on for about 4 months at this point.

I'm legitimately baffled here. Why is my existence so Interesting? Why does my existence seemingly enrage these people?What did I even do?! Why have i got a Fan Club? Do they have meetings? Because i wouldn't take "tips" from a self confessed addict talking nonsense?! Baffled. The only explanation i can come up with is they're trying to intimidate me out...Weird. Unhinged. Baffling... o_O

Edit- the end result of this "process" was essentially 'we havn't done anything, we aren't planning on doing anything, it's your fault but we hope you come back' with lots of gaslighting. Shameful.

Avoid

Housing disrepair

They're nice as pie up until you sign. Then everything changes...previously did a 5 star but deleted after horrific service/treatment.

As another reviewer has stated (the same members of staff as it happens) avoid avoid avoid.

Rude, obnoxious, argumentative,
no care whatsoever...

2 years on not one of my repairs has been completed. Most have been ignored entirely.

They kept saying I refused access whilst simultaneously failing to acknowledge I moved out for 8 days and gave access on 30 occasions. Yet, nothing is completed.


It was actually the landlord that failed to turn up on at least 13 occasions. Did they chase this? No.

I've been sexually harassed by my landlord, physically injured multiple times (nearly lost a toe), gaslighted..."we can't deal with that"

Some repairs are now worse than before. My living room/bedroom are showing as -5 degrees currently! It's warmer outside. My kitchen ceiling is close to collapsing (my bath will come through) how can that possibly be a snag? How can it possibly be a snag when the original issue remains and was made worse?

Mistakes where made also. Example, my witness statement contained many paragraphs that I simply did not say. Example "I pay 100 per month for rent arrears". I don't have rent arrears. They didn't even get my dob correct!

My advice? Avoid and or legal ombudsman...

Edit: er exactly! You should have filed in small claims when they failed to keep to the agreement! You didn't! It's now a few days away from 1 year breach, you've done nothing...

Edit2: carried on the case myself and obtained a 6k judgment more than triple what these supposed professionals got

Whilst we can bring claims against landlords who do not keep their properties in a reasonable state of repair we cannot physically compel them to do the same. We must pursue them through the courts, which can be a lengthy process when landlords don't make the repairs as promised. Sadly, the landlord's behaviour cited would be police matter and not something would could deal with. As solicitors, its our duty to advise you of this so that you may take appropriate action. Trying to charge me for a replacement…

Trying to charge me for a replacement of a faulty device contrary to the law (consumer rights act 2015 s.23 (b))

The contract says 5 for delivery. They've invoiced me for 6.99. I've asked why it's higher. She's come back with a screen shot showing 8.99 then said they've reduced it "just for you". Nonsense. You shouldn't be charging either way, it's unlawful.

Feels scammy

Edit: replacement now recieved free of charge as per the law. However, it doesn't alter the fact they are unlawfully charging others for postage...

Detrimental to my mental health!

Absolutely awful, can't do anything!

So the latest is they've used an outside company to pretend to do repairs. This is all subject to legal action so a repairs schedule was agreed to.

Day 1 of so called repairs being carried out and they've breached the schedule THEY proposed and agreed to. 18 jobs should have been completed by the end of week beginning 24th July. Instead they completed....2 and did a bad job of that.

They left human feces in my bath and left yet another leak behind in my bathroom. So they fixed one job and created another problem. As a result of this leak I slipped and my foot (that I'd previously broken) is all cut up and bruised.

They where planning on isolating my shower so it couldn't be used. I asked specifically when are the tiles coming down and back up though? "Don't know" so I refused to let him isolate the shower. Sure enough three weeks later they have done nothing. So I would've been without the ability to bath for God knows how long.

I've been unable to turn the heating on because my radiators have been left off the wall for weeks. My understanding is a lack of heating for more than 3 days reders the property uninhabitable. We are far beyond that now.

They where planning on ripping up my kitchen floor. Again I asked "when's the new one going down though you've not measured nor allowed me to pick a new one, as agreed" same as before "don't know" so they didn't do that either because I would be without a floor, again for God knows how long.

When they re plastered one of my walls the insulation in the wall was rotten and mouldy. Instead of replacing this it's just been plastered over. What's the point? The damp will just come back. Completly redundant.

They arrived on Monday, breached the agreed schedule. Arrived on Tuesday, plastered over rotten insulation. Wednesday, no show. Thursday, no show. Friday, no show. Saturday, no show. Monday, no show. No communication, no follow up, no explanation. No response to emails. Nothing. As above 18 jobs should have been completed by this point. They've done 2....yep. I wasted a week of my life, yet again, climbing the walls for NO REASON.

I've then had to put all my belongings back in the flat from the communual hallway. I have now moved my furniture to allow them to do repairs 27 times. Moving furniture back and forth for no reason is not a hobby of mine!!!

I then get an email Monday afternoon asking for access the following day to "start works". Erm firstly start works? You've already started then disappeared!!! Secondly, that's less than 24 hours notice, I have a life believe it or not...

This now of course is my fault for "refusing access" which just isn't factually correct. They seem to labour under the delusion that I am just available to them 24/7 on the off chance someone may or may not turn up. They are mistaken..

Now I know what they'll say regarding this, the same as always. ITs nOt OuR FaUlT iTs aN OutsIdE cOmPaNy. I don't care. You're responsible. It's a poor unacceptable excuse...

They have also failed to change their own schedule as per their own admitted mistake....

This is 10 years of the same cycle of lies, gaslighting, blame shifting, lack of accountability...they agree to one thing do something else or nothing.then blame me. where I with a man that did this cycle over and over and over it would be called abuse under the coercive control regs but we don't say that because it's a corporation. I'm saying it. This.is.abuse.and.Ive.had.enough.

I've now been living on a building site for no reason for weeks. My belongings are wrecked from all the dust (which they didn't clean nor communual areas). Thousands of pounds worth of collectibles wrecked. Clothes wrecked. My life wrecked. Your Housing should be ashamed but as we all know they simply don't care.

Edit: no clair Porter, you won't. I emailed you directly weeks ago about it and was ignored. More lies....

Edit 2- actually cannot believe you're just outright blaming me again. This is gaslighting and blame shifting ie abuse and you know it.

They attended on the 24th/25th and breached the schedule within the first 5 mins. They then failed to arrive, as per the schedule. Wed no show. Thursday no show. Fri no show. Monday no show. By this point 16 jobs should have been completed. They completed.....2....badly.

They then email me on Monday afternoon to attend to "start" the works whilst simultaneously failing to give any explanation whatsoever as to why they failed to turn up for a week....but sure blame me!

No communication or follow up of anykind. Remind me how this is my fault? You seem to labour under the delusion that I am just sat in 24/7 on the off chance someone may or may not turn up. You are mistaken...

Also the new date hasn't been discussed nor confirmed with me.....

Our records show that the contractor’s operatives attended on the 24th and 25th July and began to carry out the works as set out in the schedule, but they have been unable to access the property since then despite numerous attempts to arrange access. We’ve confirmed that your next appointment is scheduled for 29th August, where we hope we are able to complete the repairs. Thanks, Olivia

Deranged cleaner came onto to me, assaulted me, harassed me, stalked me.....but the higher ups at the gym group stated "not serious enough to sack her" really?!

It got so bad I had to quit and go elsewhere after years of attending this gym.

The gym group should be absolutely ashamed at how this has been handled...

The price is very reasonable for the amount you get.

Always delivered super fast, which I appreciate.

Nothing ever changes...

Back again..I have now reported damp, mould and leaks 56 times over the course of 7 years. Yhg have come to "look" at these issues on 22 occasions. Yes 22. Whilst simultaneously doing nothing.

Due to the ridiculous amounts of visits, to do nothing, I'm now refusing access. Naturally yhg see this as me being "uncooperative", despite having given access 22 times, and "how can we do repairs then". Simple "send someone ready willing able to actually do repairs, not just look at them. Refer to your notes from the previous 22 visits maybe?.. " has anything been done? Nope. Fell into a void of no response, as usual.

6 months ago I got electrocuted by my shower. They told me it was "static". Yep. This is despite their own electrician telling me "the wires have blown up it will have shocked you..."yep. I also have photos of the blown wires. He also admitted it was "incorrectly installed.the wires are to tight" Static often leaves my piercings red hot.. I asked them "would you say that to a man?your misogyny is showing" no reply. Theybsaid they would come and test the new shower to make sure it's OK. Have they? No. Have they done anything? No.

The entire building is full of mould, damp, leaks, the roof is knackered so the building floods, it hasn't even been painted in a decade and looks a complete disgrace. Yet, the buildings either side have been done. Why are we piggy in the middle?

My carbon monoxide alarm was recently "installled", without notice someone was coming again. He "installed" it with....wait for it....double sided gaffer tape. Yep. Which fell of the wall within a day. If ever there was a singular item that perfectly exemplifies the incompetence of yhg that's it...

I could go on and on and on about all the failures but what's the point? Its an ouroboros cycle of reports, false promises, not turning up for visits, turning up without notice, nonsense excuses (sTaFf cHaNges) via email or they just ignore me. Which is what they want of course, just pay your rent shut up and go away.

I see Caroline has been replying to these reviews. Hi hun. Remember when you visited our building in March 2022, without notice, and me and another tenant walked you around to show all the issues? Remember when you made all kinds of promises to resolve? Remember when i told you I can't deal with these people because it makes my depression worse? Yeah...more false promises. As per usual, as stated to you, you all make false promises then do nothing and disappear into a void, which is exactly what you did. Thanks hun, we appreciate the confirmation that no one is willing or even capable of resolving anything whatsoever...

Not to worry though. I'm on the goverment social housing panel and all of this is being raised, directly to Micheal Gove.

It'll all come out in the wash in the end. It always does. I look forward to that day...

Edit: YHG response- It'll go to the relevant team who will never ever come back with any meaningful tangible action of any kind...as usual..round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round we go....

Edit 2- its now been a week and nothing.....unsurprisingly

Edit 3- they've now come back to me and as per usual have failed to address the issues raised above. Not only that, they offered to pay me £100 to do some of the work myself!! Really! I don't work for YHG last I checked.

Let's not get it twisted. The ONLY reason they've come back is because they are nervous as to what I'm saying to Micheal Gove and the goverment social housing quality panel....

Wouldn't trust them to open an envelope that's already open

Unfortunately I am forced to deal with these people via your housing group (kitchen refurbs).

They sent me a letter saying the where coming on x date. Didn't turn up. No communication, no follow up of any kind. The guy that was supposedly coming then lied and said he'd been when he hadn't. I then get an email at 4.45pm telling me they where coming the following day. Didn't turn up. No communication no follow up of any kind. They then emailed again saying they where coming on x date. Didn't turn up. No communication, no follow up of any kind.

They've then tried to book in a start date to start kitchen. I said "1. You're just not gonna acknowledge that you've failed to attend three times? 2. How do you plan to start my kitchen with no asbestos testing and no measurements?" No reply, no communication or follow up of any kind.

As a result I am now without my new kitchen and being ignored. Thanks for that...

Just to add salt in the wound they've now knocked SEVEN TIMES but knocked on the wrong building. "Hi ive come to finish your plastering. What plastering you've done nothing. Oops wrong house." Yep. I'm supposed to trust a company that can't even get door numbers correct to gut my kitchen??????

Horrific customer services from next…

Horrific customer services from next regarding a missing order. Order was for a £50 plant so it's not like it was cheap. The order was £54 and next didn't put tracking on it which is just ridiculous.

I have now been on live chat at least
7 times chasing this. The agents are blase, unhelpful and the chat repeatedly shuts down mid conversation. I have been on the phone 6 times.

The first time I was transfered three times. Upon the 3rd transfer they didn't speak, rattled the phone and then hung up..

The second time I was transfered 3 times, again. I was told the parcel has been sent on the 16th and to expect it in a few days. This is despite receiving a dispatch email on the 11th. I waited for a few days. Nothing.

I've then called again to be told it was despatched on the 11th contradicting what I was previously told. She said she'd ring the supplier and call me back. She called back an hour later. She then said she would transfer me (?). I then spoke to someone else who told me she would ring the supplier despite the previous caller having already told me this a few hours prior. She said she would call back. She did not..

I've then come on the live chat, again. Explained what happened and was told to call..I said no, already have many times and always end up in the same unproductive loop of transfers and promises of call backs that don't materialise.

I asked to complain. They transfered me to complaints. Complaints didn't take a complaint and transfered me, again. I gave up and closed the chat. Next love to just fobb off and transfer you apparently..

I then recieved a phone call. I was transfered. Again. The guy I spoke to mentioned it had been delivered to someone that isn't me. At no point did I state it had been delivered to the wrong address. I have no idea where this came from. I have no information nor tracking. That's kinda the point! It has been 15 days since I placed that order and I am still none the wiser and completely oblivious as to what's going on.

The agent then started wittering on about contacting the supplier, give them till Tuesday to see whats happening then send out another (Which they didn't do by the way). I hung up. This is beyond ridiculous now. I placed an order, I have not recieved that order. Chasing the supplier as to what has happened is not my problem. My contract is with next, not the supplier. Finding out what happened is between next and the supplier and has no relevance to me whatsoever as per The Consumer Rights Act 2015. That's a next problem not a me problem..

After spinning around in the same unproductive loop for days on end with customer services I have given up. 

I have been on the live chat today yet again. I complained via the complaints email 5 days ago and copied in the chief exec. I have recieved no acknowledgment nor a response of anykind. Meanwhile I still don't have my parcel. I asked if I was in any danger of a reply any time this year. She told me to call. Yup. This is despite me clearly stating I have many many times and spin in a unproductive transfer loop.

She then said "I have offered to help with a call and you have declined". This is gaslighting. It essentially says I'm at fault because I won't speak to them on the phone despite me saying I already have repeatedly and achieved nothing...ridiculous

I will reconsider any purchases in the future given the appalling service recieved here..

I wouldn’t trust them to open an envelope that’s already open!

My building flooded 6 weeks ago due to a roof leak that hasn’t been repaired for years. Three flats out of four had water running through and is now mouldy and damp throughout. Your housing group have done nothing. They put up scaffolding for two weeks, did not carry our repairs, the took it down. I’m convinced they throw up scaffolding so you think they’ve done something but they have not. One of the tenants is depressed and living in one room, despite paying full rent. They were supposed to send someone to welfare check said tenant but cancelled on the day of and no one else came or picked up the complaint. No duty of care whatsoever towards tenants and their welfare. All methods of communication from other tenants has been ignored. Calls and from tenants Therapist have been ignored. No tangible meaningful action of any kind taken. False platitudes only.

Personally, I’ve now had no heating or hot water for 6 weeks. Online repair request-ignored. Emails chasing-ignored.

Your housing group-unofficial motto-“just ignore everything and it’ll go away”..

Edit- just so people know fix360 are your housing group under a different name. They are not an outside company. Companies house clearly shows this. They try to blame 360 for poor repairs but they are one and the same...

Horrific

Tried to upgrade with three on the 10th Sep after sitting on live chat for an hour a deal was agreed to. Then the agent states “this deals no longer available” despite having offered it and me agreeing to it. The agent then sat in silence for twenty min, said nothing, then disconnected.

I came back on the next day and agreed to a deal. All good I thought. Wrong.

I’ve come onto the live chat today to confirm if my phones still coming as agreed on the 22nd as I hadn’t received any tracking etc. The first person ran through security etc then said “we have a team to deal with that I’ll transfer you”. I was then transferred to”disability services” who asked me invasive questions regarding disability. I said “I’m confused as to what relevance this has regarding if my phones coming tomorrow or not”. He says “ok I’ll transfer you”. At this point I’m completely confused, 40 mins in and my simple question hasn’t been answered and I’ve been passed around to irrelevant departments.

After being transferred, again, I’m told my upgrade has been “cancelled”. I told them “why though? Why has no one told me? Why am I finding this out the day before delivery was supposed to take place? Why did I receive a txt yesterday about my upgrade but you’re saying it’s cancelled, that’s contradictory?”. The agent couldn’t answer any of my questions for “security reasons” despite me passing security and stated I would receive a phone call “Within 48 hours”.

The customer service here is just appalling and I am completely at a loss as to what’s going on and more importantly my phone will
not be arriving as agreed and they didn’t bother to tell me. I’ve booked a day off work for delivery and bought new cases so I’m £250 down to wait in for a delivery that likely won’t happen with seemingly no explanation whatsoever from three.

Update- 22nd Sep

Three have told me to get in touch and I have, several times. Yesterday I was told I’d get a phone call which I didn’t. Three claimed to have called me despite my call log clearly showing they didn’t. Complaints claim my contract was cancelled because “someone called to confirm the upgrade and couldn’t get an answer”. Again, no one called. I have no missed calls or voicemails nada. Complaints failed to resolve my complaint, didn’t listen to what was being said, gave me a reply that didn’t make any sense then transferred me to upgrades without asking nor resolving the complaint. Upgrades then gave me attitude and refused to deal with the complaint until I upgraded then proceeded to blame me for the lack of resolve as I “won’t upgrade” and offered to transfer me back to complaints even though it shouldn’t have been transferred to upgrades to being with. Then I’ve come on the link three have provided below and they didn’t know what I was on about and I refuse to repeat the whole scenario for the fourth time today. I am not a parrot! Seriously three? Get it together man!
