Unhappy Experience with Correxiko 90 day Marine Collagen Powder & Unrequested second Delivery of the same.

24/4/25.
The product did not agree with me & gave me really bad Diarrhoea, sending me immediately & constantly to the toilet for most of the day until around mid to late afternoon.
This was uncontrollably very urgent, inconvenient, embarrassing & an unpleasant experience. I stopped taking the Collagen when I realised I was not going to get used to it & the symptoms were not reducing.
I also received & was charged for, an unexpected further 3 months supply Tub of Powder, (which is still hygienically & security sealed & in it’s Delivery Box) I did not knowingly see or agree to this & would seem to be some sort of “Subscription.” Why would I agree to this until I knew the product was going to work for me???
Unfortunately I have had an awful virus & been unable to leave the house to send it back to Correxiko - who WILL NOT send a Returns Label with paid Postage & expect me to pay for that, which is very unfair, especially as it clearly disagrees with my Digestive system & will be expensive as it’s a heavy item.
This product may very well work for a lot of people, but clearly doesn’t work for me & I have never had any food or supplement intolerences with anything else, previously to taking this. I’m fully aware that introducing a new food supplement can take time to adjust to & I did allow for that, but it clearly disgrees with me.
I now have a part used initial first order of a 90 day Tub of Correxiko Marine Collagen & a second, unopened, still sealed & Unrequested 9O day Tub of it too & am very out of pocket financially.
Correxiko are NOT interested in good Customer Care & seem to only be interested in making money & profit, to the exclusion of any customers that have experienced a problem with it.
Please just send me a Refund Correxiko & lets have done with it.

Regarding the unexpected 3-month supply, we deeply regret the confusion surrounding this and any issues with our subscription service. We do try to make these terms clear at the time of purchase, but we’ll certainly review this to avoid future misunderstandings.

MENCAP - A Very Important & Worthy Charity Organization.

Omaze are doing this House & Other Prize Draws for a very worthy cause in MENCAP.

It’s a Charity that doesn’t seem ti be recognized so much anymore & probably has to fight more for it’s place amongst all the other Charities that have evolved over the years.

A long time ago, I helped to raise money for the MENCAP Charity & was involved with, mainly young people, with these associated disabilities and they were always so happy and positive about everything, which surprised me very much, considering their own, personal battles with their disability.

They came to a Riding School & absolutely loved riding the horses & ponies there, finding a deep bond with these intuitive & patient animals & even those disabled people who didn’t feel they could ride, just loved being around the horses & people, who never judged them & treated them with respect & normality.

We would, also, take part in Competitions & raised alot of money at them with Collection Buckets, which these lovely young people enjoyed going around with an ablebodied helper & talking to the public to raise awareness, whilst collecting donations.

You don’t see the awareness of MENCAP so much these days, so Very Well Done to Omaze for bringing it to the fore again.

Be ahead with Birthdays.

Have used Moonpig for years. Quick. Usually easy. Personalising Cards is great. If you’re not seeing domeone for a while, adding a guft is a great option. However - Sometimes things get sent in separate boxes, if you’re sending a gift too, which i find not very planet & Eco friendly though.

Quick Delivery Service. Nice product. Slinky material. The Polo Shirt seems to be shaped more like a “Slim Fit” slightly tapered in style, so may be advisable to state this, or, for future customers - go one size bigger.

Holiday Extras Telephone Booking wth Sam.

Sam was great. She was very friendly & helpful. We booked Fast Track & Meet & Greet Car Parking. Nothing was too much trouble. I’d much rather book directly with a person where possible. She’s a credit & asset to Holiday Extras. We’ve used them for years & will continue to do so.

Frequent Moonpig Customer

I use Moonpig quite alot. I think they’re very good - apart from if you want to send a gift with a birthday card. Why can’t they both be in the same package, wth just one postage charge. It would be cheaper to do it that way & would save on packaging & the extra transportation of two packages instead of just one & all the added fuel consumption & pollution that it brings. Hence me only giving 3 Stars, otherwise it wouldne 5 Stars. Please be mindful of our planet Moonpig.

My order arrived promptly. I was very pleased with it. The only niggle is that the box it came in was much too big for the products inside, at least 2/3 larger than it need to have been. Which i felt was rather a waste of packaging in these eco friendly times.

I use Moonpig alot for sending Cards &…

I use Moonpig alot for sending Cards & Gifts to Family & Friends. I especially the ability to Personalise cards with photos & messages. It has a prompt processing & delivery service.
The only reason I haven’t given 5 Stars this time, is that it doesn’t seem to allow you a facility to send two or more cards to the same address in one postal option. They all seem to have to go seperately.
Would still highly recommend Moonpig though.

Lovely product. Excellent Service from ordering to…

Excellent Service from ordering to punctual posting & receipt of my Gin/long drink straws & short Cocktail stainless steel straws. Good quality with etchings & name emblem on them. Would have given a 5* but the Rose Gold colour is actually darker than it looked on the advert, not the pale & soft rose gold that I expected. Feel like i’m about to do some plumbing !! May order some different colours for variety.

Have used VioVet before & very…

Have used VioVet before & very satisfied with service & delivery, given that it’s been during Covid-19 Lockdown & potential delivery problems . I’ve given a middling rating today because only one item arrived last week from a large order, but not the rest of it. VioVet advised me by email that one of the items was in back order, but nothing about the other items. However, I contacted them today as worried the delivery for the rest may have gone astray & the lovely Bev reassured me that it hadn’t gone astray & will be coming out next week. Good reviews again next week hopefully.
