We really enjoy having our water softener so being without it for a couple of weeks wasn't good. Tony there engineer repaired and serviced our unit fantastic work and happy again 😀

I did have some issues when I changed my booking online which resulted in not being expected on arrival although I had the paperwork to prove the change. Fortunately, this was very quickly sorted by the contact at the airport who was extremely pleasant.
While away I needed to extend my booking which initially was difficult as I couldn’t get hold of anyone on the main number I phoned the number used on arrival/collection and must say the response was also excellent wonderful helpful staff

Unfortunately, it’s always difficult to get through on the phone but when I do the customer service is absolutely brilliant the people I talk to are always very courteous and helpful 1st class.

This is one of the easiest platforms to use if you want to transfer funds from a UK 🇬🇧 account to an overseas account in a different currency. I also use it to pay bills in local currency it always works.

We were the unfortunate victims of a serious vandalism attack on our Model Railway Exhibition the worst that has ever happen at any point to such an exhibition in the UK. The damage and destruction were immense with many club and personal layouts rendered beyond repair, layouts that had taken years to create. The emotional stress upon many individuals is just impossible to describe. Upon hearing about the incident Magnet Insurance were very quickly on the case, the incident was investigated and settlement to the maximum of our insured amount was received. We could not recommend Magnet Insurance highly enough.

We need to transfer money into our Spanish bank account, we always used to take Euro's with us to take into the bank, this is far easier very quick and cheaper. Highly recommended
