Absolutely fantastic. The way the driver delivered the parcel was out of this world, leaving it in front of the door in our porch, it couldn't have been placed any better. Awsome job. Now, stop bloody emailing me everyday asking for a review of how a driver gets out of his van, grabs a parcel, walks up to my door, places it in front of said door, walks off, gets back into said van and moves onto the next one.

Arrived on time but box slightly damaged, either in transit or sent that way. A bit of bubble wrap would help! Disappointed and not up to your usual excellent standard. Item itself is ok and not damaged.
Excellent service, next day delivery. Very happy with products I've had.

So far: emailed to inform that item was out of stock after twelve days of waiting. Receiving alternate item followed by out of stock item. Sending wrong item plus unordered item and being charged for both with neither you nor the GP accepting blame so I've had to pay!!! Not a great service so far.

Thank you for your review, I am very sorry to hear of the inconvenience caused.
Having checked your account, I can see that there was a stock issue with one of your medications, this was unfortunately a national shortage due to the pandemic, I can confirm that this stock issue has now been resolved.
I can see you placed a recent request for this medication which is still pending with your GP to be authorised.
In the meantime, your GP has issued a prescription for different medication, although this is different to what you had requested, this is medication which your GP has put in your repeat list.
As we are your nominated pharmacy, we have a duty to dispense the medication your GP prescribes for you, and so in line with your GP's request, this medication was dispensed and dispatched.
When we receive a prescription, we send you a confirmation email stating the medication that has been prescribed, if the medication listed is incorrect, we would ask that you contact us so we can cancel the prescription before it is dispatched.
As we were not contacted, the order was dispensed and dispatched. Once an order has been opened from the outer parcel, we are unable to accept a return for a refund as the medication can only be destroyed.
If the medication your GP has prescribed is not a medication you take, then we would advise you to contact the surgery to query why this has been prescribed.
We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you, if you require further assistance, please contact us.
