Pure Gym Neetownabbey - Brilliant Gym! The staff are just great, chatty, friendly and willing to help you achieve your fitness goals. The gym is very clean and has a really warm and inviting atmosphere - a lot of members seem to know each other. The classes are very popular, diverse and enjoyable while still pushing you to reach your potential. The staff want the gym to be the best for its members and so regularly asks for feedback on what the members want and coming up with ideas to enhance your membership - more intense classes at certain times, bootcamps, charity coffee mornings

I would like to leave feedback for my booking experience. I tried to book on line a number of times however a promotional code of refer a friend would not work. So I called the 08000 number which wouldn’t connect me with anyone, just rang out 5 times. I phoned the telephone number of the Belfast Karl Business Park,, where I was booking the van to be collected from, and I got straight through to James. He was so helpful and made the process so simple, he was able to get a 10% discount code to work for me and he made me aware of the options of payment/insurance/excess. It was a very pleasant experience and I think James should be commended on his politeness, knowledge and efficiency.

I have tried emailing no response phoning, hanging on 30mins each time to be cut off.
My family holiday flights have been cancelled due to COVID. The airline easyJet are offering a full refund or vouchers to rebook within the next 12 months. The villa is offering a full refund or to move booking to next year. DoYouSpain .....NOTHING!!! Can you imagine the amount of cars that will have been booked for holidays that will not be used due to cancelled flights and they are getting to keep all the money. It’s a disgrace!!! This is completely out of our control, why not offer a voucher to be used in next 12 months??? Offer something....respond in some way, don’t just keep our money and ignore us.

I actually have used this website a few time’s to hire cars in Alicante with no complaints so this is very infuriating
