Misleading assurances, would not recommend

I purchased a new vehicle from Premium Motors after receiving repeated and explicit assurances that the dealership would buy the vehicle back if I ever needed to leave Oman. These assurances were made by a senior salesperson, Joshi, without any caveats or conditions.
When I later contacted the dealership because I did, in fact, need to leave the country, they did not deny that these assurances had been made. Instead, they simply refused to honour them and then stopped responding to my calls.
This experience reflects poorly on the dealership’s integrity and the reliability of commitments made to customers. Based on my experience, I would not trust representations made by Premium Motors and would not recommend this dealership to others.

Complete scam

Complete scam. Bought a flight. Against my better judgment, I paid nearly $200 for a flexible ticket. When I tried to change the ticket, Gotogate/Booking.com refused.

Their offer was that a customer could change their ticket as would only have to pay the fare difference. Airline's website showed availabe seats at a higher rate, but Gotogate/Booking.com said these were not valid.

Complete scam

Complete scam. Bought a flight. Against my better judgment, I paid nearly $200 for a flexible ticket. When I tried to change the ticket, Gotogate/Booking.com refused.

Their offer was that a customer could change their ticket as would only have to pay the fare difference. Airline's website showed availabe seats at a higher rate, but Gotogate/Booking.com said these were not valid.

Update: Looking at their “cut and paste” response to a customer with a HOTEL issue shows how great their customer service is. My issue was with their so-called flexible FLIGHT ticket.

Extremely dubious company

Extremely dubious company. Ordered something via their official site on Amazon. They subsequently tried to charge me shipping which was included. Then they failed to deliver the items on time and finally, I discovered they were selling the same product on their own website for 14% cheaper. I tried contacting them via Amazon and got an out-of-office response saying they'd be back in one week. To be avoided.

Best to Try More Responsive Movers

I was in touch with Santa Fe to get a quotation. Their team simply ghosted me. I guess their team lead Hitesh has too much business coming out of Dubai. I had a fat company budget and they stopped replying to my emails. Quite disappointing/unprofessional.

Risky Platform with Zero Credibility

I have used Viator/Trip Advisor for numerous bookings over the past several months. I have had at least four bookings cancelled at the last minute. When it is weather or other force majeure issue, it is acceptable, but when a tour operator cancels less than ten hours before departure, Viator should offer more compensation than a simple refund. I did not even get a reasonable explanation for the cancellation. Very risky to use this platform. When I contacted them, they hid behind the T&C and legalese. Better to book direct.

And you can see their "cut n paste" boilerplate response! Buyer beware of this dodgy platform

Shockingly Bad Service

Shockingly Bad Service. Cancelled my account and one month later I am still chasing to get my deposit back. Countless emails and several calls to their customer service. Each time I am promised a resolution and then no one gets back to me. For a world-class city and an entity which is looking to be publicly-listed, Dewa needs to do better.

Embarrassingly bad service for a…

Embarrassingly bad service for a world-class city. First, you can only cancel an internet account within 48 hours of moving. It's 2022 and they can't book the termination of an account earlier? Now one month later, I am still chasing to get my deposit back. City is 90% expats, many coming and going. Opening and closing an account should be easy. My cynical self thinks this is not incompetence, but by design.

I would not order again from this…

I would not order again from this website. They advertise many products "in stock" when in fact they are not available. Thus, when you place an order, a good portion of your items might be cancelled. (and the items still show "in stock" on their website). Plus, they advertise shipping times that are not realistic. Very sketchy company.

Buyers Beware

I made a good sized order with this website. This company failed to ship the product or even explain what happened. I contact them and they told me they would look into it. Never heard back. I had to work with my credit card company to get a refund. Very sketchy company. Update: company’s response is 100% untrue. I have my correspondence with my bank to prove it. Very dubious company.

False Advertising and Poor Customer Service.

I wish I would have checked this site before buying from Sprii. They advertise quick delivery but fail to do so. Their customer service is also almost nonexistent.
I would spend your money elsewhere.

Great Products but Horrible Customer Service

Never seen such a disconnect between quality products and extremely poor service. Perhaps it is just Crate and Barrel Middle East. Hoping to purchase a few items, I have emailed them twice, tried their Facebook page, but can't seem to get a response. Ridiculous really, but most of the experiences I have had with them have been very disappointing.
