Very easy to use and prompt service
Arrived very early in the morning, car dropped off, keys handed over and at airport within 30 mins of arriving. On return, the shuttle bus arrived just as we came out of the airport but others had been waiting approx. 20 mins for the bus. Guess we got lucky! Driver had keys as we exited the bus and went to find car with no issues. Used the indoor parking (a must for winter which meant not having to de-ice the car very late at night!) and would definitely use again if flying from Leeds in the future.

Great prices and selection but let down by delivery charge. Charging £4.99 for delivery and takes a week!!! Appreciate delivery costs can be high for companies but this is a joke. Will put me off from ordering from Lovell again

It was very easy and straight forward. No fuss at all. Michael was very informative and polite. I will use again when needed. Yes the price was lower than the estimate but was within the acceptable range I had in mind. All done in 30 mins and money is in the bank.
