Grumpy Bear

Ik woon nu bijna drie jaar in Nederland en omdat ik bij Vodacom in Zuid-Afrika zat, heb ik de overstap gemaakt naar Vodafone in NL. Oh had ik het mis. Twee derde van de plaatsen waar ik naartoe ga heeft geen dekking en dat is beledigend. We hebben net een paar maanden geleden een huis in Nijkerk gekocht en er is absoluut geen signaal en het is amper 10 km verwijderd van Amersfoort waar we volledig signaal hadden. Is dit een Nederlandse gedachte aangezien het mij de enige plek in de EU lijkt waar Vodafone aanwezig is waar de dekking zo slecht is voor Vodafone. Ben al overgestapt van Ziggo naar glasvezel van KPN, maar heb helaas nog een paar maanden de tijd om de Ziggo te betalen omdat de verbinding steeds verbroken werd en ze de symptomen blijven aanpakken in plaats van de oorzaak. Zal in januari ook voor mobiel overstappen naar KPN, aangezien Vodafone in Nijkerk niet bestaat, zo lijkt het. De helft van mijn oproepen valt weg en er is bijna geen internet meer

The Service from Dirk van der Maat was simply amazing, from the information, the follow ups, the no pressure approach to get financing sorted, everything was amazing. Once there, as I decided to collect from Amersfoort I could work from their lounge area and conduct some conference calls whilst enjoying some coffee in a relaxing atmosphere. Buying a car as an expat can be daunting, but Dirk and Van Mossel made the experience effortless. My UP GTI and I will be very happy for very long.

The first delivery was rescheduled without notification. The second delivery went smooth but the product was damaged once opened. We scheduled a return a hour or so later and the first return as with delivery was a mess as the driver wasn’t able to take the item “ said it needs 2 people even though we stated we would happily assist. He scheduled pickup with use today at 14:00 as I again needed to leave work. Again, no one arrived and they don’t respond timiously to emails if at all and their WhatsApp mailbox is always full so zero customer service.

Awesome service, the fact that we know each other didn’t get in the way of their professionalism or approach. It was a pleasure with a favorable outcome at the end. Well informed and expectations managed throughout.
