Went to PerformanceM on recommendation after getting fed up with BMW poor service and cartel dealer pricing . Have to say they were great ! Really friendly and knowledgeable! I waited whilst mine was serviced , coffee, tv and chat 👍 if you are worried about not going to BMW , don’t be ,they serviced with BMW parts and reset all Idrive requir ! Will be using again !!

Price was great , AB , my allocated case manager was precise and captured everything perfectly giving clear advice where applicable ! Thank you for making it really easy !

The assessment of my wheel damage was very quick and efficient, however the service provider was an hour and 50 mins away from home which made it difficult to drop the car off for the week. The company used though was first class both from customer service and wheel refurbs , very happy with the outcome !
