i was hopeful but was dissapointed

I had no issues with the ordering process other than i never got an email letting me know what i had signed up for. I'm getting charged monthly when i thought it was a one off payment, and trying to find out anything from them to stop any further payments seems difficult. I also have had a reaction to the patch, thje arm i put it on has started aching and is sore and weak. Ive now stopped wearing them and im trying to return the ones ive got and get a refund.

I was well advised and looked after by Adam at the Super Bike Factory. The process was very slick and happened as explained by Adam. I felt confident in making my purchase and I am now looking forward to collecting my Bike next week

Poor service, terrible website

I am expecting a bed from XDP from an amazon sale, they state they have delivered it but guess what we do not have the parcel. I cannot call them as they dont deal with the consingnee, the web chat isnt working and i cannot gain access to the pod or alleged picture of my address. This is a complete farce, i have never seen such a useless website and now i know why they have such a a bad reputation. I am now going to have to cancel my order and try and get my money back from the dredit card company
