I have been an occasional customer for a few years. I have been more than happy with the service every time. It is the only place I know that will sell custom quantities of screws or bolts. I will continue to be a customer. I recommend them to other people

I placed my order (a Metabo battery charger). It was delivered the following day. Great service and a very good price.

Happy to use them again.

It was the minimum order of £25 (for fee delivery) that convinced me to buy from FFX.

I placed an order, two days later my tool attachments arrived.

Admittedly not a recent purchase... but a few years ago I thought I would try out their first month for £1 hosting package and register a domain with them. Within moments I discovered that their hosting service was laggy and erratic. They claimed to have 24/7 support. I emailed them, asking them why I could not enter my mySQL data base, after 18 hours I had not received a reply so I asked them to cancel the account. From memory, it took them a couple of days to get back to me. They refused to cancel the account. I asked if I could cancel it under the distance selling act- they told me that I could not because I had made the mistake of using my self employed trading name when registering. They continued to charge me the regular hosting fee for the rest of the year. I didn't host the site with them, I went elsewhere.

They may have improved since then but once bitten...

I am new to Trust Pilot but have been a TCH reseller account holder for 12(?) years. I have always been impressed by their service and customer services. I host multiple sites and have no reason to take my custom elsewhere.

I ordered a .co.uk domain name and then discovered that I had to pay them to opt out of the Nominet WHOIS list even though NOMINET allow you to opt out if the site is a not for profit site.

I contacted GoDaddy seconds later, asking them to cancel my order. I was fobbed off and even given a refund reference number. They never refunded me.

I do not want to ever deal with them again.

Ordered more Festool sandpaper. Decent prices, acceptable delivery times. My only gripe is that I would have liked to be informed that the delivery would be via Royal Mail. I had the order delivered to site, Had I had it delivered to my home I would have been left with a note telling me to visit the local sorting office which is 30 mins away (round journey) and which opens an hour after I leave for work and is closed by the time I finish work. RM don't leave items with neighbours, it is easier for them to knock on your door and then leave it at the sorting office, whereas most other firms will take the time to knock on neighbours' doors.

Ordered Festool sand paper, decent price and reasonable delivery time
