i have this companies marketing email options set to "off"/ "do not email", yet i am still getting these, marketing email notifications asking me to create marketing material for them.
so, arsehats, heres your review.
AVOID THIS SPAM SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE

Summary:
customer service, while not proactive, was very responsive.
tyre price was excellent.
tyre quality was excellent.
local installer/partner-company was very good.

Detail:
~ tyres delayed due to couriers truck catching fire (not Tyresales' fault) and one of the tyres being damaged.
~ tyres further delayed by incorrect dispatch of replacement from warehouse.
~ 3rd set of tyres to be sent arrived ok and installed immediately without problem.
~ my main issue - at no point was Tyresales proactive, it was always up to me to track the tyres delivery, and then contact Tyresales myself when the tyres were a week overdue.
~ once contacted by me, customer service was helpful and quick to respond.
however, i think a company that valued its customer service would have tracked the delivery themselves, flagged issues, and notified the customer of delays asap, and perhaps even offered some sort of commiseration for a delay that could have potentially lead to the customer being fined (if treads were low), car being stickered, or even the customers death (even brakes are useless if your tyres dont work). perhaps Tyresales needs to work in an automated delay-flagging script to thier IT system?
~ The local installer/partner-company was excellent, although they did not contact me within 24 hours of delivery, as Tyresales advertises, i had to contact them and say "hey, i saw my tyres have been delivered to you, can we organise installation".
