Supper

I was not sure I would get a better deal but I was wrong apart from a brilliant service I was offered the best Brroardband in the UK.
Customer service excellent;
Let me single out the Loughborough ladies who attended to me on 18/11/25 at 10.30hrs
She was kind , brilliant , understanding, polite and knowledgeable

Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere…

Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere .Staff are friendly and understanding. Equipment is high class just like Holly well pack where the elite athlete’s athletes go to train

Friendly

Friendly, welcoming atmosphere. . Equipment is always available. It suits my needs . It’s always reassuring to see staff going about cleaning

Brilliant experience

Brilliant experience. The water in the showers felt cold. At least Luke warm not cold I know you are trying to save upon bills
