Excellent company!!

Excellent company!!! Ordered wrong shower screen, so gave them a call, they sorted it straight away even though it had been dispatched. Used them a few times and always got great service.

Never got a receipt for the…

Never got a receipt for the certificate!! Contacted them but wasn’t interested said i needed to contact the actual guy who did the EPC? Even though i had booked it through them!!

Malta Hilton Hotel St Pauls bay

Birmingham Airport was a total shambles!! Had to leave our luggage in unsecured public areas after being checked in? The hotel was a nightmare to get a sun bed!!! Also very unruly with children!!! St Pauls bay is like a building site at the moment and everything is dirty and just totally run down. Really sad to see. Been to Malta loads of times in the past and it has gone down hill because the local bars cant keep up with the, All inclusive Hotels, that have taken over everything!!!

We Booked for our family holiday of 8…

We Booked for our family holiday of 8 people and was really looking forward to it but 10days before we was due to go, we received an email saying there was work going on in the hotel and was offered free meals on the plane to compensate? However when we got on the plane we was told they was not available and given a number to complain? The cabin crew just was not interested? But they were very happy to sell us a meal!!! Dont think i will use them again?
