They don’t honor their discount
UPDATE: I See Me responded to my complaint and issued a credit for the discount. I haven’t received the books yet. Further update to come.
This is my first, and last, order. I placed an order yesterday for two different personalized Christmas books plus a personalized coloring book that goes along with one of the books. A pop up told me that I could get a 20% discount for purchasing more than one book by using the code Multi20. I did this for my $74 order and no discount was applied. Now they’re emailing a new code for a future order like I’m really supposed to trust that they’ll honor it. No thanks. I don’t care how good a company’s quality might be when they’re deceptive.
