My review of Grow as a whole is pretty much the same as my review of Victor my provider. The process is thorough, but also very simple/user friendly and practical. I put off the whole process because it felt so daunting. But the app/website was great and Grow made everything convenient.

Highly recommend! There was an error when I placed an order. It was a very time sensitive order and I accidentally did standard shipping. I discovered this error late on a Sunday night. The automated customer service email was not super helpful. I placed a phone call assuming that I would get voicemail but I was connected with Hue. I could not believe that I actually spoke to a person, let alone a person who was so helpful. Check things out on her. SYED called me back multiple times and ultimately got my situation handled perfectly. I could not be more happy and I want to give a special thank you to Hue.
Our dog Chunk passed and our 6 year old is really having a tough time. I was desperate to get this to her for Christmas before we left out of town.
Hue saved the day!!!

The Networx leads appear to be fake. Disconnected numbers, never any call backs. I spent thousands and got nothing out of it. Way worse than Angi and Home Advisor. I was not going to post any reviews, but they continue to call constantly trying to get me to sign back up. I have asked to be removed from the list 6 times, telling the representative if they do not remove me, I will post bad reviews about my experience... but they talk right thru me and keep calling. So Here is my review of my experience. I hope no other contractors get scammed like I did.

Excellent service and assistance in creating the tent and the tent itself is awesome, to say the least. The construction of the fabric and frame is high level and impressive from top to bottom.
