I've ordered twice from Mousemesh. The items are top quality and the delivery is fast. The second time I ordered something there was a slight issue on the website but Cheryl contacted me straight away and sorted everything out. She even posted the item out for free. Horrendous experience, never again

I ordered a gift set on 17/12/24 and paid for 2 day guaranteed delivery. Received and email saying courier had the item. Never received the item. Contacted customer service on 20th and said I want a refund. They can't do that as the item is out for delivery but if I haven't received it by the 2/1/25 to contact them and they will sort it but as an apology they would send me a free next day delivery code on the next item I order. Like I'll order again, what a joke. I said I want a refund for the delivery charge, 2 days later got a reply saying they will refund the delivery charge but not the item cost as it's still out for delivery. Emailed again on the 2nd Jan saying no item yet. Got a response a day later saying item lost and I'll get a refund on 9/1/25. What a waste of time, used Debenhams for years, won't be using again.

Hello there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review regarding your recent experience with our brand. I’m really sorry to hear you haven't received your order.

We have a certain window time period that has been agreed with the couriers for them to complete investigations on any parcel that does not have a tracking update, or where the tracking does not update from one point to another which I do have to advise is regardless of which delivery option has been selected for the order.

As the investigation confirmed your order was lost a refund has been processed for you and you will receive this soon.
