I paid to watch Roger Federer’s last ever match with friends. We were really enjoying the whole occasion when Eurosport cut out. It was in the dying minutes of set 2 so we have no idea if Federer and Nadal won or if it went to a tie break. As a historic match and being a special Friday night for all concerned this is completely rubbish and inexcusable. Tried to log back in multiple times but with no luck. Absolutely rubbish way to watch live sport.

I ordered flowers for a special birthday and they didn’t turn up on the day. When I rang I was told that it clearly states on the site that they might not arrive on the chosen day. I was also told that I had selected Royal Mail delivery. I was unaware there was a choice. The site looks as though Royal Mail is the only means of delivery and you have to click to go to another page where it offers a £5 premium service and says deliveries may take up to 2 days.
Feel absolutely scammed and conned and birthday surprise ruined. Will not be using B&W again.
