Care more about stars on trust pilot than the actual customer
Having previously left a one star review after purchasing a car that required an SD card to enable the sat nav to work that was not provided, I was called within 20 minutes (I would definitely recommend using this platform if you feel unfairly treated).
A member of staff (Curtis, who had dealt with the sale and advised me to call customer services with my problem) called me to say that he had received authorisation to order me one and even offered to send it to my address. Then he called again to tell me when he expected it to arrive (if I could give Curtis 5 stars I would, not just the whole business of trade centre UK or the Rochdale branch).
The SD card never arrived so I called, the roach sale branch had shut for Xmas so this meant a further delay. Called again after Xmas and was told the car was not provided with an SD card (so back to square one of describing what had happened etc). Finally got through on a day that Curtis was working and he found that the card had arrived and not been dispatched. Apologised and offered to send it out for delivery the next morning or said that I could go back to collect. I ended up going back and collecting, he even took time to install and show me the basics. Asked me how I was finding the car etc.
I would buy a car off Curtis again, only if he was working elsewhere.... Curtis 5 star, trade centre UK 1-2 star unfortunately
