I have been using the Debdale park gym…

I have been using the Debdale park gym and the make changing room has been out of order for a few weeks now. There is one disabled shower room for all of the men/disabled gym users to share has a toilet, shower and changing room. There is always a queue as you can imagine. As the changing room is closed, there is just a small amount of lockers for the men to use too.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our facilities are fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. Terrible terrible experience

Terrible terrible experience. I paid my direct debit every month, submitted my meter reading every month. I was £400+ in credit, only for this to vanish and be replaced by £1000 debt.

When I called customer services I was told that this was because my meter was not connected/synced, so my usage was not being recorded. I was told that I was in credit then all of a sudden I’m £1000 in debt.

In top of this, I have tweeted, inboxed via twitter, made several attempts on WhatsApp and emailed twice. It must of taken a good couple of weeks before I received any reply.

This is totally unacceptable when bills are about to rise significantly. It Eon had not made this error I could of increased my monthly payment well over a year ago. Disgusting

Dodgy shirt and even worse customer service

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering…

The shirt looks like it has been made incorrectly. The badge and Umbro logo are far too high. They sit on the collar bone rather than the chest. If you google a photo of the shirt (1990 England third kit) the badge and Umbro logo are a few inches lower than the V-neck, on the one they sent the v-neck is half way through badge.
The england badge is questionable, all of the Umbro logo and tags look ok.

Ordered a shirt, within a few days I was sent a tracking number for Royal Mail. I checked every day for about 5 days and it just had acknowledgment that the sender had informed Royal Mail that been informed that a parcel would be sent (not that it had been). I emailed and didn’t get a response for about 4 days and when I did, they just re sent the link. Eventually the top came and it was a bit of a disappointment. Can’t really send it back as the World Cup starts in a month so England will probably be out by the time they get it sorted

I got one of the jugs with a set of filters for my friend Danny when he went on holiday. When he returned he hadn’t used it at all so I kept it for myself.

I use it everyday and never get an upset stomach

Good all round

I’ll rate the product, delivery and customer service is shop….

The product seems fine, I viewed it in store and was exactly the same when it arrived. Assembly took about 10 minutes and the only tool required was provided.

Delivery was good, was given a delivery slot and then a call from the driver an hour before.

Customer service in store was good (Pam from
The stoke on Trent store incase the big boss is reading). Very friendly, shown us numerous options online and in store and even encouraged us to shop around with other shops (maybe not something the big boss would appreciate but it got my trust and I made the purchase)

Ordered myself a shark NZ801UKT. I’ve used it a couple of times and have found myself wishing the carpet was still dirty it’s that good! Arrived on free next day delivery which was great

Slow/non existent refunds

Order a jacket online, it came within a few days which was good, however it was the wrong size (small sent instead of medium). I called up and was given instructions/a barcode to return the item through an internet post locker. I did this and the item was confirmed to of arrived back at blacks. I left it a few days before calling, when I did call I was told that the item was there and my refund would be issued, waited well over a week and still no refund. Called again to be told the same, again still no refund. My item arrived back at blacks on 19th jan and I still don’t have my refund (well over £100). I won’t be using this service again

Care more about stars on trust pilot than the actual customer

Having previously left a one star review after purchasing a car that required an SD card to enable the sat nav to work that was not provided, I was called within 20 minutes (I would definitely recommend using this platform if you feel unfairly treated).

A member of staff (Curtis, who had dealt with the sale and advised me to call customer services with my problem) called me to say that he had received authorisation to order me one and even offered to send it to my address. Then he called again to tell me when he expected it to arrive (if I could give Curtis 5 stars I would, not just the whole business of trade centre UK or the Rochdale branch).

The SD card never arrived so I called, the roach sale branch had shut for Xmas so this meant a further delay. Called again after Xmas and was told the car was not provided with an SD card (so back to square one of describing what had happened etc). Finally got through on a day that Curtis was working and he found that the card had arrived and not been dispatched. Apologised and offered to send it out for delivery the next morning or said that I could go back to collect. I ended up going back and collecting, he even took time to install and show me the basics. Asked me how I was finding the car etc.

I would buy a car off Curtis again, only if he was working elsewhere.... Curtis 5 star, trade centre UK 1-2 star unfortunately

Sneaky sneaky business

Everything seemed good at the time, really friendly service etc. Drive away and had a play with some features only to find out that certain ones were missing due to there not being an SD card that contains data to enable said features. Went back to store to raise it, again really friendly but could not help and told me head office could sort it or at least contribute towards it. Spoke to head office who said it was a store matter. Went around with loop with this for a few hours to then be told that the car was sold without the card. To then email me asking for a review on “trust” pilot made me laugh
