Faulty sizing, non-existent customer services.
Ordered a personalised shirt which arrived in good time for Christmas. However the sizing on the shirt cannot be right, it’s like a medium or small with the wrong label! The description is ‘tailored fit’ but there is no way I can wear it, I struggle to get it on! The other 2 shirts I have in the same size - large- while not ‘tailored’ are actually a bit too baggy; the sizing chart shows 41-44 for all 3 shirts. Added to this, despite 4 emails with photos in 3 weeks to customer services I have not had a response. Trying to figure out what to do with an expensive gift that’s no use! 22.12.2020 update - to customer services’ credit they contacted me after adding the ‘customer first’ email address seen here and posting this review. Alex was very helpful and reviewed my order, including the picture I’d sent. He quickly contacted me back quickly and offered a full refund and voucher code for a future order.
I’ve updated the rating to reflect the quick turn around once my complaint was picked up. 5 star response once it was dealt with, couldn’t really have asked much more.
