Costumer service and product quality: Be aware before you buy!
One of the products I've bought online in Kijkshop as Christmas gift, the MEGABLEU Geestenvlucht, broke by normal playing, just after a few days. The 'drone', after flying, broke when it hit the floor. This 'drone' was design to fly, right?? I've tried to repair it, no success, so I've complained to Kijkshop.
Kijkshop's answer: "Unfortunately from the pictures we see that this is damage of usage. Because of this we are unable to refund 'Geestenvlucht'"
My conclusion: Kijkshop costumer service is a big disappointment, and quality of this product is very low/none. Eventually this may apply to other products, issues and/or complaints. Be aware!
