Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service and Contract Issues

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the customer service I received from Odido. Despite being assured and having received email confirmation of a specific contract, I later discovered that I had been inadvertently signed up for an inferior contract with a two-year commitment.

When I attempted to seek clarification on this matter, I was disconnected twice by your representatives. To date, no one has reached out to address my concerns. Had I not discovered this issue within the ten-day confirmation period, I would have been bound to an unsatisfactory contract identical to the one I previously held.

This experience has left me very disappointed with the service provided.

I am still busy, trying to resolve this.

Returned but no refund.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience with ASOS. I returned an item in the same condition as I received it, but the product was sent back to me without any explanation. When I reached out to customer service, I was simply told that they do not accept my return, with no further details provided. This has left me very upset and disappointed.

Recently I received the order that I placed at MM. One of the items had a small imperfection.
Concerning the above, I contacted the CS. 1 day later I received the apologies email, and the brand new item with that additional unexpected gift was sent to me imminently 😊 Thanks a lot! <3

The packed not delivered or refunded 25 days later…

The packed not delivered 25 days later still not resolved...
My order number is: DGLNL0008481442
I am very disappointed... I have placed the order for over 236 euros. The package never arrived. I am trying to contact the CS by email and phone, but I am constantly being put on hold- because as they say, they are too busy to help me now :(
After several escalations on the social media, the case was finally resolved.

Unfulfilled Promise of Complimentary Accessories

I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction with my recent purchase experience. I chose to buy a smartphone from your store because of the promised complimentary accessories. However, I have not received these accessories. When I inquired about this, I was informed that the item is not available and that no solution could be provided.

There are numerous other items that could have been offered as substitutes, but none were provided. Consequently, I had to incur additional expenses to cover the cost of the accessories. This experience has been disappointing, and I will be seeking my electronics purchases elsewhere in the future.

There is a telephone number on the website, but nobody pick it up (called several times in few days), same with emails.
The complete week has passed and no order, also no way of getting a hold of staff.
