This has gone right downhill recently. It was decent for a while. So I original!y gave five stars. However, surveys cutting out when you have completed around 80% and they have the information they needed. You can do nothing about it as you have then been redirected back to the Triaba page, so you no longer have the survey info. and then today a payment of over EUR 15.90 which is due to me has been blocked because there is apparently an issue over an 80 cent survey. No excuse for this. You can never find out which survey there is an 'issue' with, or why if you ask customer service, so it's hardly fair or ethical.. They need to overhaul the rules, as completion of surveys is becoming a waste of time in this manner.
Update. In reply to your comments I sign in to your site to complete surveys, not CINT, so it is your responsibility. How about, instead of making excuses, you sort out the issues. I do not know who cuts the surveys off when they are nearly complete but the point is it needs to stop!!!
Update 2 Quality terminate? How can this be confirmed as legit? They can clearly deduct money from your account just because they do not like your answers, or they want an excuse simp!y not to pay. This should be open and above board. When a survey is cut off just before the end it reverts back to your page, so you have no details of which survey it was. So no reference to it. That is all I have to say because I think it is clear. I will give a higher review when the time-wasting issues are solved and comp!eting surveys on your site is worthwhile again.
Update 3
This is still not paid after nearly two weeks and they continue to deduct amounts for surveys I have competed without giving any detail apart from the amount deducted.
