Excellent service

Joe was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail from the initial sale to my picking up my new car on my birthday - the gifts of fizz and chocolates were really lovely and thoughtful and added to the excellent service from everyone I came in contact with from Lexus Teesside.

Friendly service and smooth check in

Friendly service and smooth check in. Shuttle bus was parked up in our arrival so not a lot of wait to get to the terminal.
Bit of a wait for the bus to turn up when we landed (no bus shelter so good job wasn’t rainy and blowing a gale which often is) and a further wait whilst everyone arrived. Admittedly we were quick through the airport as we were one of the first to disembark the plane - we were seated near the front. Not a big queue at passport control thankfully (Krakow - where we had been for a long weekend) on the other hand was a nightmare) but we lost any time advantage whilst we waiting for the bus to fill up. Bit annoying as was late at night. Help to lift suitcases ont the bus would have been a nice touch.

Boss aftershave

Bought Boss aftershave for my nephew for Christmas. Package arrived promptly and all seemed ok. Presents were duly swapped at services on the A1. On Christmas Day, I received a message from my nephew to say that he’d opened his present and there was not one drop of aftershave in the bottle. Most odd. No signs of leakage or damage when the parcel was received by me and no leakage or damage when my nephew opened his present. Sent message to customer services that same day 25th December - happy Christmas!! To cut a long story very short, my experience with customer services has been utterly appalling. My nephew and I were accused of lying and now they are saying that the 30-day return window has passed despite my contacting them immediately. whilst I was cooking Christmas lunch, to share my disappoint and embarrassment that my nephew had not received the aftershave I’d gifted him. Was it an original product? Who knows. All I do know is that I have NEVER received such appalling “service” and will NEVER use this company again. DISGUSTING. 😡
