Slow and Inconsiderate to their customers

Case 1711298
Acolad did transcribe audio they received from the court, within 12 working days of recieving the correct audio. But I was overcharged originally for the estimated folios, which I was told any extra money would be refunded which hasn't happened yet.

But my biggest issue however is that, I informed Acolad that there were significant issues with the transcript, being that every single page doesn't match with what I remember from the hearing, and my numerous emails and JCIO complaints about the judge. So I informed Acolad whether they can provide the audio, or AS MUCH detail as they can about the audio, so I can better understand what they have received. Acolad respond by saying that they can't provide the audio as it is property of the court (HMCTS), but they remained silent on providing as much detail as they can about the audio they have transcribed.

As a result I am still left wondering if the court have sent them the wrong Audio, or if Acolad have committed fraud by false representation and "made up" their own version of my transcript. I have since 09/03/2026 Informed Acolad that I intend to take legal action against them, as they have overcharged me for the work, and they have either committed serious fraud or have transcribed the incorrect audio, and are being slow and inconsiderate in resolving this matter promptly.

Great complimentary service

I had a great complimentary service from VOI, i ordered a large shorts and hoodie and they packaged a complimentary White T-Shirt with it and they got my size right! I have a bought a few garments from them, i started off with their cargo pants and went back to them again for some summer clothes. Overall a great clothing brand and a great complimentary service.

They don't value your time

I found this company through Instagram ads and because i was a victim of a scam i decided to fill out their form on their website. I was then emailed by their Lawyer Charlie Quail and was asked to call when i could. After the phone call i provided more detail of my scam and over back and forth emails through October with Charlie, i was given a form to sign which i did. Charlie then asked me if i had been given the letter of authority to sign, to which i informed her that i hadn't been. A week goes by and now we are in early November and i hadn't heard back from Charlie regarding this letter of authorization, So i emailed her again and i got an automated email saying that she was on annual leave and won't be back in till the next day. The next day she is back in and i get my letter of authorization to sign, she also informs me the unfortunate news that she was leaving the firm and that this was going to be her last week ( 7 - 14 November 2025) she informs me that someone else will be assigned to my case when she leaves. On her last day she sends one last email regarding the confirmation of her departure and that she wasn't able to finish the letter of complaint to send to my bank, but assured me that someone else from the firm will pick up where she left off and be in contact with me soon.

Up till that point things were fine, there were some delays but all my paperwork was signed, all documents and proofs of the scam were handed over, everything on my end was good, the only step left was letter of complaint to my bank to be sent by a lawyer from the firm, which would have to be done by someone else since Charlie had left.

So the reason why its a 1 star Review, as some may already guess is that, after 2 whole months i didn't hear back from the firm. So i contacted them today and to my surprise my claim is still in the same position it was in when Charlie left and it had not been allocated to anyone until i had emailed them!! So after all that paperwork, emails, and a phone call my claim hasn't even moved. Then the new lawyer Fiona was apologetic about the situation but sadly an apology just doesn't make up for the time, as i really could have used this money for Christmas as i didn't have the best Christmas 2025. Its crazy to think that better news would have been that they spoke to my bank already and they refused to pay, as it would mean that my time, documents and emails have been valued by the company, and they did the work they were supposed to do.

To make matters worse Fiona in the email said she tried to call and wants me to call her back. Now i get that she wants to speak to her new client. But for my perspective its making it appear that all my emails and documents have meant nothing, all that time means nothing and now i have to call again after already giving them everything they have asked for. Its like getting to the finish line of Marathon and them saying you have to go back and start the race again. I just haven't got the time for this, 2 months has gone by and my claim is in the same position it was in 2 months ago. So even if its just a call, but after a 2 month delay its not something i expect to hear from someone that values my time, since the only step left was writing the letter to my bank. If the delay was only 2 weeks then another phone call is ok, but after 2 months and not having the best Christmas, its just unacceptable, as no urgency is being shown to help get my money back.

This Firm just doesn't value your time, after all my emails, documents signed and phone call, nothing has been done and had i not emailed them today NOTHING WOULD GAVE BEEN DONE! Even after all that, they want me to call them again just to get the ball rolling, when i was already at the finish line!! A TERRIBLE FIRM, they don't care about their customers time. It can't get any worse than this, the worst experience to ever have is when company doesn't value your time as a customer. THIS IS THE WORST!

We would like to, once again, apologise for what has happened in this particular instance.
This clearly falls way below our normal high standard of service.
After receiving the complaint we launched a thorough investigation.
The investigation concluded that an unfortunate combination of data migration to a new case management system combined with a member of staff member leaving led to this oversight. It was a one-off event.
It is something that would have been picked up but we accept that the delay is unacceptable.
As you can see from our the reviews this is not in any way reflective of our clients’ normal experiences .
We would like to reassure you that we really truly care about all fraud victims.
Our lawyers try and go above and beyond when it comes to client care.
As a firm, we campaign for fraud reform and better protections for the public.
We regularly offer scam prevention advice and have sponsored a Parliamentary report in Authorised Push Payment fraud.
We completely understand that this is of no help to yourself but we do offer our sincerest of apologies.

Poor presentation

As others have mentioned it is a scam, luckily they take payment by card so banks should be able to refund it.

*Update*
They did eventually send what i ordered, when it arrived the presentation was not what i had expected, is was what i had ordered but it seemed to just be thrown inside an envelope. But because it took long to arrive i ended up getting a more expensive test done and the presentation was so much better but it wasn't a rapid test, it had to be sent back to the lab.

So yeah this kit eventually arrived, but the presentation was very poor compared to the more expensive kit i bought that came in a proper box and with instructions.

What do you gain from this?

Im not sure what the director of classic parade has to gain from this, he scams under his own legal name, and identity, using bank accounts linked to his own name. Im not sure he realizes there is a cap on how many bank transfers he can take before it is flagged by his own bank and reported. The money will have to be declared at some point, so i really don't know what his end goal is.

It is highly likely based on his other companies Zapp Car LTD and GT Trading LTD, that he does end up returning the money after he has finished trading with it. I only know of one time that a refund has been given though, it was for less than 3K.

As long as you secure a judgment against him as the director it doesn't matter if he dissolves the company he will always owe the money. He thought he found a loophole by creating a limited company LOL

His reputation in business is non existent, he has no friends on social media, just bought followers, paid views and likes. Clinging to the image of a man he could never be, just a scamming wannabe. Although he may have scammed us, in the process he has scammed himself out of a solid business reputation, his name is forever stained and legacy forever tarnished. A fraudster and a scammer isn't the same thing. A fraudster will sell you a box containing fools gold that you thought was real gold, a scammer will sell you an empty box. A fraudster has a real product, just not the product you thought it was going to be, a scammer has no product. The lowest kind of person is a scammer, not strong enough to run a real business and deal with the highs and lows of real business, too weak to manage real people and deal with real customers, so just hides behind copy and paste responses. Such a sad and pathetic existence.

Now he will flag this review and claim bullying, despite ruining people's special occasions with these scams. He is probably the weakest most cowardly man i have ever come across, a utter disgrace to his family lineage, he should have never been born.

Trust Pilot have failed us all

I have looked to TrustPilot in the past to help with confirming a businesses legitimacy and in the past they have been good.

But with my dealings with a company called Classic Parade, trust pilot have sadly failed me. It has already been confirmed that his business is a scam and doesn't trade the assets that it claims to trade. But trust Pilot allow him to continue to use their platform to dupe others, they allow him to buy fake positive reviews without verification, only after months of him bnuying fake reviews, they finally put a warning on the page. Other platforms would have removed him from the site for such violations, but no trust pilot allow him to continue to scam while using their platform.

When he complains about defamation and other things, from angry customers who have still not been refunded thousands of pounds from the scam, they side with him and remove the "defamatory" content.

Its safe to say that trust pilot is a platform for scammers and con-artists.

If i am wrong, then challenge all the positive reviews on classic parades page and get them to verify their hire car purchase, showing bank statements and the car they hired as they would have surely took pictures!!

The Truth

What does

Zapp Car Ltd
Classic Parade
GT Trading Ltd

All have in common?

They are all companies registered by the same Director. The business model has always been the same, pay for car that never shows up and director claims it has a fault. Although with Zapp car, he didn't hide the true intentions of the business which was to use the deposits to fund his forex trading through the company GT trading LTD.

One of the Addresses used for Classic parade was the same address that was registered to the former forex trading company.

There are no cars, nor does he have access to any through third parties, he is using customer money to fund his forex trading account.

It's a shame that this information had to come out like this, but i am still unpaid after 8 months, while communication has ceased by the director. So it's his fault that the information is coming out. Like he said, in life you "dig your own hole" he has dug a deep pit!!

Legal proceedings

Hello director of classic parade

I am writing to inform you of pending legal proceedings that will be taken against you in the next 14 days. A letter has been posted to 1 Knightsbridge green address, so it should be received there any day now.

Yes we know that it is a virtual address, so the director of classic parade will need to make his way down there to collect his mail, or maybe they have a mail forwarding service that he may use.

According to my sources, due to legal pressure, the director of classic parade gave out a refund a couple of weeks ago. So he is no longer having banking issues, he is just holding onto our money for some unknown reason.

Legal proceedings will commence in the next 14 days.

The Company Doesn't Have Any Cars

He has been hard at work getting my reviews taken down, by pleading to trust pilot that the reviews violate their guidelines. After careful consideration of the guidelines, the new review is as follows.

I still haven't received my car or my refund since February 6th i paid my money. So I took a trip to London and uncovered more information about his "businesses".

So 1 Kingsbridge green, has about 600 companies that register there, some have physical offices. I was directed to the 5th floor where a receptionist told me that Classic Parade only has a VIRTUAL OFFICE, they are not physically based at the address. She said she collects the mail on their behalf and that she hasn't seen anyone come in to collect mail for a LONG TIME.

Now ask yourself this, how can a business that claims to have access to 200 luxury and super cars, but can't afford to have a PHYSICAL OFFICE in London, but has access to PHYSICAL CARS?

Guys. On my personal blog (instagram) i document all this information in one place. thejusticeparade is my personal blog where i document events of my life. This is not an action group or promo, just my personal blog documenting events of my life, such as my personal opinion of the businesses i encounter, including this one ;)
thejusticeparade

*UPDATE*

I have spoken to another customer who still has not been paid back, they have tried to seek legal action against him (director of classic parade) but because his business is a virtual address there is no one there to respond to court letters, they just keep pilling up.

*UPDATE 2*

Director of Classic Parade, contacted me and offered a phone call in exchange for the deletion of my personal blog (instagram) and removal of all the reviews, this was done but the phone call never transpired. I asked for evidence that he has ever given a refund to anyone, and still this information was not provided.

Its safe to say that this is a scam, and he is using trust pilot reviews to appear more legitimate to scam more people. All the positive reviews are him buying the reviews, the business has NO assets, he doesn't have access to luxury cars.

Scam company

Grey got my review removed.
I pointed out that i sent £10 to my account, then converted this to naira and was unable to send because of the minimum send being over 2 Million Naira! So i converted back to pounds and was again unable to send back to the account it came from as the minimum send was now £110. But the funny part is, if i sent £100 to my Grey.co account, the withdrawal fee would be...... £10!!
So either way, i have lost £10. Grey.co are just scamming their own customers.

P.S They will try and get this removed again, questioning its validity, but they know all this information is true, how else could i know if i did not experience this?

The worst Fintech company ever!

I was asked for proof of funds, I first sent a bank statement and was told it could not be accepted as it was digital bank.. I then sent a statement of a physical bank. Then i was told it could not be accepted as it didn't show "legal funds". I then showed a payslip from my employer and was told to specifically show a bank statement. So i then showed
another page of the same bank statement showing FULL transaction history, and was told to see other pages.... There was literally only 2 pages!! Which were both already sent.

This is by far the worst Fintech company i have ever encountered, and i have used ALOT of fintech companies. They ask for information as if i am applying for a mortgage, i have not even received my first transaction and there are already problems.

Do yourself a favour and stay away from this scam company.

The Best Fintech company!

Im enjoying this company so far. At first the fee's pushed me away, but they have since updated their fee plan and i am also paying the 6 euros a month and everything is going well.

Their app is fast and smooth, every time i receive a payment, i get an instant real time notification. Their exchange rates are fair and reasonable, their customer service is helpful and informative.

So far soo good, i just hope they keep their fee's they way they are, as this is my favourite Fintech company right now. Thanks Zen.

Good Platform

I've used this platform since January 2021, mainly to earn passive income with half my portfolio while i trade with the other half. I did take out one loan in January 2021 and never had any issues repaying the loan. Customer service has been good to me, (especially Sophia) they answered all the questions i had and gave me the detailed answered i required.

The only hiccup was when i logged in one day and noticed that my interest had been credited to the wrong account, it was only one months worth of interest. But luckily for me it worked in my favour as BTC had crashed since the ATH, so i was able to buy back in cheaper and get more BTC.

**Update** But as of today i have noticed a 5k withdrawal limit, which has kind of ruined my plans as i had intended on taking out a loan today to be released all in one go. But the $5k limit has really messed that up.

Overall a good platform if you want to earn passive income, without the risk of trading.

Why have no arrests been made??

So i ordered a LG TV from them on the 28 November 2020. Now the TV i ordered was a special order, so they would order from the LG and i would receive it within 14 days. After about a week, i emailed for a status update. I did receive a few emails back saying that, they could not allocate stock for my order until January. I was then given the option to cancel.

Meanwhile other retailers such as argos, where getting stock of this same TV. So i thought it was weird that they were unable to get stock until January. So i went back to the website and realised that, the Price of the TV had increased, from the time i placed my order. The TV was now, £100 more expensive..

But because i ordered before the increase in price. They couldn't charge me £100 more, so they wanted me to cancel, so i could then by it back more expensive from them.

So i didn't cancel, i kept on waiting. Now were are in February and i still have no TV. They don't respond to emails anymore, and they have removed all TV listings from their site.

I will try and get a refund through my bank, if not then i have the post code of the company, i will pay them a visit.
