Disappointed with Icewear, they were unwilling to change size despite being notified immediately. Also I was charged for return postage of the item although I had paid for this myself. Response was very poor. I have bought many items in the past, but given this experience, will not be purchasing from them again.1

When returning items, customers should not be charged twice, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
