Easy instructions for creating and ordering the book, which arrived within 5 days. It was packaged well, to prevent any damage. Excellent purchase of a good quality book. The price range does seem high, more than I would normally spend on a children’s book but as a special, personalised Christmas gift, the extra cost is worth it.

Deliveries always arrive within the said times unless there is a last minute, unexpected delay. On the two occasions that this has happened, I have always been notified. Our delivery man is friendly and always leaves the parcel in our safe place if no one is in. (After checking with me that it was ok to do this)
