Overall this gym has been fantastic and joining has been smooth. I got a good January deal and it’s a very reasonable price per month given all the equipment and most of the classes are included. I was able to book a very helpful induction session with one of the trainers. The only thing that threw me was that I turned up at the gym the first time expecting there to be a reception, with staff I could talk to about membership, but there’s no reception (just automated entrance doors which you need a code to get through) and when I tried pushing the button for attention nobody came. Now I’m a member I understand the system and entering the gym is no problem, but it’s quite off putting to visitors that there’s no way into the gym to make enquiries.

The information was clear and it's easy to find what you want. Overall good value for money but I was a bit annoyed that the price was put up when I entered a medical condition which is minor and extremely unlikely to require any insurance money!
