Order 309971: ford puma 2026 mud flaps- I placed order on 6th of march and am still waiting for them. The tracking number they gave me does not work. Sent 3 emails telling me they are looking into it, no update yet can only contact them via email. Shocking service DO NOT BUY from them

Online website easy to use. Bought aluminium Pergola. Customer service is outstanding kept me informed via email and phone calls. There was a bit of delay in receiving my Pergola but no big deal, the gave extra money off because off this. The pergola is very good quality and we choose to build it ourselves instructions easy to follow, but be prepared for the hundreds of nuts and bolts. Really pleased with the Pergola and customer services. Thank you all

Most of the time delivery is good and always on time. Odd occasion when the parcel is left on the door step and in view and I have had parcels go missing not the couriers fault, But people can see clearly from the road a parcel left and sometimes they have been stolen.

Delivery is slow! But I love these decorations. I but these every year, I think I have around 30 of them so far and can't wait for the new additions every year a new one comes out. These are collector pieces and they increase in value so well worth the 1st cost.

Mould magic! I'm gob smacked! Received my Mould magic today opened the box and used it straight away! This stuff really works, I had a large line on mould that was growing in my shower along the masking and 3-4 hours later it's completely gone. Really impressed!

Bought a jumpsuit in-store, then see a black tuxedo jacket to wear on the top! This jacket it beautiful. Fits perfect! And quick delivery.

Most shops you go in the staff aren't any help and make you feel intemadated ,The ladies on Saturday really took time and gave me honest feedback back on the items I tried on. Ordered the sofa covers as have leather suite, very happy with the quality of these covers. The material is thick and the rubber backing help keep them in place, my dogs love them, really helps keep a black sofa free from dog hairs. Many thanks. And I'll be ordering another set just to have as a spare.

We called the sorting office at Sittingbourne depot, and the guy was amazing, he managed to get the parcel delivered to me on the same day as the phone. Sittingbourne store, was greeting by Joanna, not a pushy sales person, very helpful, gave us time to tryout the beds by ourselves, but was on hand to answer any questions. Offered us tea and left us to drink it in peace.
