I bought a custom-made PC for my son's birthday. I had a limited budget and expected the processor and graphics card to be included. I had advice over the phone twice and was very helpful in terms of advising what can be reduced in the PC without compromising performance. Super fast delivery and as per the estimated dispatch date. Can't say anything else until the unboxing takes place next week on his birthday, but the overall experience was brilliant. I have checked loads of other online PC providers, and believe me or not, Cyberpower still is the cheapest without compromising the quality of the customer experience. The website is easy to navigate, and the PC is easy to configure. Well-deserved 5 stars.

We had really extreme delivery this morning, and the delivery team handled this so well with the smile on the faces. We had 4 appliances to be carried upstairs and that was not a problem for them. Thank you, AO. Epirience was excellent from start to finish.
