Communication was brilliant throughout

Communication was brilliant throughout, Di in particular was a real pleasure to talk to and she always got us the latest updates and done everything she could throughout the process.
The workshop guys we spoke to were also very good, open and honest.
It seemed to take ages, but that’s only due to parts, the team that we spoke to, seemed to care about the finish and made sure it came back to us only when it was completely right.
The guy who collected our car was careful and thoughtful and so was the guy who delivered it back to us.
It is never nice having to have a vehicle go in for repair following an accident, but the team made it as easy as possible.

Smooth handover

Mohammad was in touch confirming an approx time for delivery. He arrived on time, unloaded my new car, parked it where I asked and showed me around the car and explained a few points, answering my questions. He allowed me to thoroughly check the car over. He was a genuinely nice guy and the process was smooth.

Plumber was nice, but nothing was fixed

Plumber was nice. But didn’t really know what the problem was and then said he doesn’t think it’s covered. Even though a previous plumber had told us that the tap needed replacing which is covered by the policy. Policy won’t be renewed.

I'm sorry to see that you're unhappy with our response to your claim. To confirm, we would replace a standard tap under the policy that you hold, however we are under the impression that you preferred to purchase a tap of your choice and you will create access to the tap. Once this has been arranged we will arrange for an engineer to return and fit this for you.
