I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ticket Lords. After paying a deposit for what was promised as a great flight fare, I was left without a ticket and stuck in a frustrating back-and-forth with their poor customer service. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, Ticket Lords failed to issue the ticket I paid for, and I was ultimately forced to book with an airline I did not want, just to avoid losing my deposit entirely.

Their customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive, leaving me with no choice but to accept a flight I didn’t originally want. To make matters worse, they refused to refund my deposit even though they failed to deliver on their promise. I strongly advise against using Ticket Lords – save yourself the stress and find a more reliable company!

Just had the worst experience with one of your operatives Godfrey..very rude and dis respectful. Acting as though he was doing me a favour though he was working for his wages. Am not using this service again because of his disgusting attitude.
