Very bad customer service

I received my parcel and when I opened it only half of the order was there. I had ordered a box of 4 salt lamp bulbs but only 2 were in the box. I made several attempts to contact you, both email and phone with no response. I would like to either receive the missing bulbs or be given a refund through Afterpay, NOT a store credit. Very disappointing as I have made many purchases with the company.

Easy to add to an order

I wanted to add to my order not once, but twice. The call centre team were excellent and the extra items were added to my order with no problems. The delivery updates were good and delivery time was pretty quick considering the delays with Covid.

Very happy with the products and the ease of ordering, but after just over 2 weeks I still haven't received any updates of my order being dispatched.

Like the products but not happy with…

Like the products but not happy with customer service lately. My last three orders all placed in June, two orders on June 2 and 3, out of the 14 items I ordered, I have received only 2. I checked with customer service on June 15 and was told it looked like they couldn't fulfill the orders as they didn't have the stock. I have checked the website again today and the items I ordered are still up on the site and still showing there is stock. It's very frustrating to place an order for items on the website, have your order confirmed, then wait for weeks and have no updates on your orders. If items have sold out they should be removed to avoid a lot of customer confusion and frustration, and customers should be refunded sooner rather than later.
