Good product but not quite as described.
Service was excellent, the only reason you didn't get 5 stars was that the wine carrier was a normal shopping bag with a seperate, loose, bottle divider insert, not a purpose made unit, this should have been explained in your description.

Oil came quickly, tedious payment system
Oil came quickly, I have only 2 minor "gripes".
1. Very little warning of delivery despite being promised 24hours notice.
2. Paying for the Oil over the phone is tedious and awkward requiring you to key in your card number. Could I not pay on line? At present you can only do this if you pay "up front" before delivery.
