I had little hope of receiving my renewed passport in time for my trip to France once the event was rescheduled and France opened its borders to US citizens. The post office told me 15 weeks for an "expedited" renewal. Enter Rush My Passport and my passport arrived in 37 days from shipping the application. That's some kind of miracle!
