Clear, easy, friendly

Don't waste your time or money on this product or their customer service. I bought their product, and it broke within 3 months. I did not use it everyday or excessively. The motor just broke and I am also about 180lbs. I let them know it had broken and what were my options, and they were like "here is 10% off" and told me they would not replace or repair it because I did not get the warranty. I never saw an option for a warranty and I asked if I could purchase the warranty and they said no. I spoke and email with several different agents. So much money, and not worth it. I was very disappointed.

This was such a wonderful tour of the land and animals and history. It was really relaxing and very cool. If I hadn't done this tour, I would not have seen very much because I was at the resort most of the time. I am so grateful that we were able to experience this and learn a lot. Diego, Guille & Paco are really awesome!! Diego is full of knowledge and he is very impressive! So glad that Guille was there to take photos for us, that is so cool they offer that for us to capture our time there. Totally worth the money and the time!
