MyTrip is the most unreliable and unresponsive travel company I have ever come across. Four of my flights were cancelled, meaning I had to book new ones. I was told I would be refunded within 3-5 business days. Over the last month, I have spent several hours unsuccessfully trying to phone MyTrip, alongside sending emails almost every day... and I have received nothing in return. The only response I have had is from Bhimashankar B, who has forwarded my case to the 'concerned department'. Give me back my money! I am never dealing with your services and strongly urge everyone to follow suit.
