HORRIBLE customer service
This is my second Nectar order and LAST ORDER. This time, I ordered a bundle for my mom, for mothers day. Including a king mattress, headboard with frame and sheet set. The only reason I did not give it a one star review was because the mattress and sheets arrived literally next day after placing the order. However, the headboard with frame, has been lost in the mail. I've reached out to fedex, no help or response from them for days until i got an email stated they lost it and to reach out to nectar. So i did, I reached out to nectar FOUR TIMES and they will not send me a new one. On the fourth time of communicating with them, they told me they finally located my order and it went to California instead of to me (Wisconsin). I asked many times for this order to just be cancelled and a new one be over nighted to me and they refused because they have "trust" that fedex will get it to me. I'm so frustrated, aggravated and disappointed in the customer service ive been given and i STILL don't know if or when the frame with headboard will be delivered.
