Clearwater have been in charge of both of my rental flats for many years. I have now taken over one of the flats and realise how much is involved! I can definitely recommend them as absolutely on the ball in everything. They know when electricity and gas inspections are due and make them happen. I don’t live in the UK, so it is great to have such a reliable company looking after my interests. They recently introduced a new tenant with no problems. Long may it continue!

A very easy and simple experience, if rather expensive. The confirmation email was received promptly, so that we were able to use the order numbers on our Locator Forms. The 3 tests were delivered to my brother (with a change of delivery date as he was away for the weekend) and we took the tests on Day 2 and posted them off. Got the results within 48 hours.
