Very happy with JL service and…

Very happy with JL service and especially with their return policy - I rarely write a review of retail stores but John Lewis really is a great brand. Happy with nearly every purchase. Only hope they continue as they are - they're my go-to for shopping clothing online.

I actually had a great experience with Gant staff at the Bluewater Mall in Dartford. Really helpful service and got both pants tailored for free. Very pleased with their product and service.

This is a review for the Morrisons - Erith.

Overall, it's okay, but I'm writing this review because they are basically OUT OF STOCK every evening I go to get basics - veg and fruit. It's really annoying - annoying that they cannot properly stock their store. I've stopped going as a result. Otherwise, it's okay.

Dishonest company - dragging out claims only to bill you

Most dishonest company I've ever done business with. I've been on the phone with them now for several more days - this is now well over three months total for a claim they wil neither deny nor approve. Also note - THERE IS NO RESPONSE to any complaints you make on Trust Pilot whatsoever. They say they will follow up - absolutely positively FALSE. I think they are doing it just to manage appearances. Also, despite daily calls now - I receive no approval or denial of my claim. They just send you in circles even after you give them everything they've requested. They are obviously happy to drag this out to a new billing period. Very dishonest company - I'd advise you consider just about any other insurance company if you'd like proper insurance. I've paid for 4 months at this point - with nothing approved so far.

Overall Pretty Good

Overall, I'd say it's been a positive experience. I use the gym in Crayford and pretty happy with it.

However, it is very cold at times so I'm not sure if they're trying to save on the heating bill.... I have to wear a couple long sleeve shirts to stay warm.

Otherwise, the equipment is all in good condition. But I'd like to see some body building classes in addition to the ones they have.

Temperatures in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers. Thanks, PureGym

This has got to be the WORST company on…

This has got to be the WORST company on the planet. I've been dealing with them for 3 months on a claim on which I have absolutely NO previous medical history whatsoever and even had THREE (3!!!) NHS doctors verify this and it all they do it ask for more paperwork and more records. It's simply disgusting. I can't drop them at this point because the issue is now 'on record' and any other insurance provider will simply refuse it. My best and honest recommendation - please do yourself a favor and do not register or open any plan with this aweful company. They will take forever to process a claim and ask for endless paperwork. Extremly frustrating.

Aweful Service - better to just go back to the NHS for FREE.

In my opinion this is an absolutely aweful service. So far, I've been waiting for 1 month just get a critical claim approved. Bear in mind I'm paying for the 'top' plan and quite literally cannot get my claim processed. If you are new to their plan they will require you to jump through all sorts of hoops and to make matters worse they send the wrong forms to sign futher delaying treatment. I'm currently caught between NHS and Vitality. Impossible to reach NHS doctors to complete such forms - this is ever AFTER NHS has already informed Vitality that I have NO previous history for 'said' condition. Waste of money and time. Very frustrating to pay this kind of money only to find that they push back on day 1 and completely careless about the timeline involved and how it affects their customers. Save your money and just go to NHS. You'll have to go to them anyway.

Simply a USELESS service

Simply a useless service. We signed up and found that they simply don't reimburse for services they claim to cover. Very disappointing and misleading Insurance - absolutely not worth the cost so we're cancelling today.
